Clean and well located
Pros:

It’s a very good hotel. The common areas are well maintained, it’s clean, and very central. It’s also right next to Susukino, which is the main area for nightlife. It has public baths, which are also very clean, so it’s a highly recommended option.

Cons:

The locker area is quite narrow and located in the middle of a hallway. To enter or leave the hotel, you need to take two elevators—one to the reception and then another to go outside—which can be a bit annoying.
Check-in at 3:00 PM is a bit late, and check-out at 10:00 AM is too early. They also charge extra if you check out late.

朝風呂で気分爽快！

Pros:

すすきのの中心部にすぐにアクセスできる点が非常に便利だった。ジムスペースやコワーキングスペースもあった。

Cons:

スーペリアキャビンを利用したが、ベッド清掃に関しては5日以上の滞在でないと無料にならないとスタッフから伝えられ、4日滞在の場合は清掃対応をしてもらえなかった。また、大浴場の風呂は42.5度と16度の湯舟の2つに加えてシングルの水風呂があったが、ウェブサイトに記載されていた不感風呂がなかった。サウナ客向けに不感風呂を16度の水風呂に変えてしまっていたのだろうか？今回は某アイドルのラストライブ期間とかぶってしまっていたせいか、1泊あたりの宿泊費が通常価格に比べてほぼ3倍になっており、高かった。
