Great Hotel…beautiful rooms!

The junior suite with garden view was excellent.
Housekeeping superb.
Breakfast buffet was great…lots of choices.

We enjoyed our stay here, the family suite was very comfortable and well designed
Pros:

Spacious resort with nice outdoor areas, padel court and 24hour gym. Food was great and service was excellent.

Cons:

Room service menu is a little limited, a couple os soups or a pasta dish would be nice

Cons:

Personal ist komplett überfordert bei voller Auslastung, die Wartezeiten auf jede Mahlzeit, Rechnung, Getränk, Roomservice, etc. war unglaublich. Immer wird etwas vergessen oder übersehen oder missverstanden. Selbst das Personal untereinander.
Das Spa war absolutes Chaos. Handtücher und Getränkebecher überall gestapelt, komplett überlaufen. Ich bin schockiert von den guten Bewertungen und frage mich ob das ein Phänomen über Ostern war

A lovely stay in a lovely hotel.
Pros:

We liked the archeitecture and design it is a pretty hotel. Clean and fresh colours and design. The staff are lovely. It has a tennis court . Two of the restaurants are lovely , the one that serves lunch the food was great and it is a lovely place to sit. We did not do so well in the main restaurant. The other restaurant the Picador was lovely. The spa is gorgeous we had a massage by Ascension which was the best massage i have ever had.

Cons:

Sometimes we had to wait a long time for food in general as the hotel was busier than expected. The main restaurant breakfast is good but a little chaotic in there.

Otroligt bra hotell.
Pros:

Bekvämt, trevligt och tilltalande inrett. Underbart skön säng och otroligt trevlig dusch.
Fantastiskt poolområde och helt ok gym.
Frukosten var enastående och personalen mycket omtänksam och professionell.

Cons:

Toalettdörren på rummet är en glasdörr som inte ger mycket privatliv. En riktig dörr hade uppskattats. ;)
