Gorgeous. Coukd be better though!

Life is good at La Zambra
Pros:

Superb hotel, wonderful rooms and friendly staff.
Slightly isolated however a ten minute cab ride gets you to local towns.
Views you must see.

Pros:

Fantastic staff, very helpful in facilitating any needs. The hotel is in a beautiful location with tastefully designed rooms which are kept spotless. The breakfast selection is extensive with 3 different restaurants to choose from for meals later in the day. I would definitely stay again.

Completely unprofessional service regarding invoices and lack of respect for the customer's time
Cons:

Extremely disappointed with the billing process. Despite selecting the invoice option during booking and sending two follow-up messages, the hotel has failed to provide a proper business invoice for over a month. Their only response was a brief message asking me to email them separately. This is unacceptable; I use Booking.com to avoid such unnecessary back-and-forth. Issuing an invoice is a standard legal obligation and a basic hospitality requirement. Their lack of professionalism in this matter is honestly disgraceful.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Everything was excellent! We could charge our EV for free, very friendly staff, good breakfast and very nice views.

Cons:

It would be nice if the pool was heated and the gym had a bit more equipment. Just some small recommendations.

Een Fantastische aanrader !!!

Het was een fantastisch hotel !
Je komt aan een voelt meteen de rust. Het hotel ligt in een luxe omgeving aan de Golf van Mijas in een mooie villawijk.

Het personeel ontvangt je met een grote glimlach en is zo ongelofelijk vriendelijk en staat klaar om aan al je wensen te voldoen .

Het hotel is zeer mooi en rustgevend ingericht en ruik overal heel lekker .

We hadden een mooie grote kamer met zicht op de golf ( een aanrader ).
De bedden waren heel comfortabel en groot .
De hygiëne is een 10/10

Ik heb elke ochtend Yoga gevolgd en dat was echt wat je nodig hebt om je dag fris te starten ! Aanrader !!

Cons:

We hadden jammer genoeg soms een opmerking op het eten .
De pancakes waren koud of niet volledig doorbakken .
En heb ‘s avonds ook eens men eten moeten terugsturen naar de keuken .
Ik had een beetje het gevoel dat ze nog wat personeel konden bijgebruiken en dat daarom alles wat sneller moest gaan .
Maar alles werd altijd heel vriendelijk en met de glimlach opgelost .
