The facilities were outstanding, and the lunch was simply superb. The Signature Suite was magnificent—beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable—and every request we made was met with effortless care and professionalism. It was, without question, a remarkable stay at a truly outstanding hotel. Thank you to the entire La Zambra team for such a memorable experience.

A very special thank you to Juan Carlos and his wonderful team at the Mood Spa. The spa circuit was deeply relaxing, the lunch was delicious, and the massages were an absolute indulgence. The manicure for the ladies was also a lovely touch that added to the sense of complete pampering. The attention to detail and level of service throughout the experience were exceptional.

Pros:

Van begin tot het eind een topservice. Natuurlijk een goed bed een heerlijke badkamer en prachtig uitzicht. Maar vooral het super vriendelijk personeel was het grote onderscheid. Extra aandacht voor onze hond was geweldig

Great off-season winter escape! We enjoyed the proximity to the Mijas golf club, and the hotel spa and restaurants. Also short trips to mountain sites like Mijas Village or Ronda.

Simply Amazing
Pros:

Overall Experience was outstanding. From the Staff to the location, building architecture, SPA, Food was excellent in Picador.
Breakfast is very qualitative.

What standsout the most of this hotel is the tranquility and exclusivity feeling. Not being too crowded or busy like it is in Marbella

El tamaño de la habitación, el gimnasio no estaba mal aunque con máquinas de cardio en muy buen estado, y la zona de piscinas.

Cons:

Nuestra experiencia quedó marcada por una falta de transparencia muy grave en recepción. Al llegar (tarde y cansados), el check-in se alargó 35 minutos y se nos ofreció un upgrade a Junior Suite “por solo 80€ con spa para dos”. Lo aceptamos entendiendo que era el precio total (más aún comentando delante del recepcionista que la diferencia real parecía de unos 20€).

La sorpresa fue que, al firmar, el importe era de 160€, porque los 80€ eran por noche y eso no se explicó claramente en ningún momento. La sensación fue de engaño. En un hotel de esta categoría, la información sobre precios debe darse con total claridad desde el principio.
