- موقعه وقربه من شاطيء البيلسان، تقريبا ١٠ دقايق مشي
- وجود مطعمين تحت الفندق وتعتبر من افضل المطاعم في المدينة
- وجود مستشفى وصيدلية جانب الفندق
- وجود مواقف

- اول شي ماعجبني وزعلني هو عدم وجود تلفزيون سمارت في الغرفة يحتوي على برامج مثل يوتيوب او نتفلكس وغيرهم، المدينة هادئة ومافيها فعاليات خصوصا في الليل، الواحد يضطر انه يجلس في الفندق ويتفرج عالتلفزيون
- العزل جدا سيء، نسمع سواليف الغرفة اللي جنبنا
- سعر الافطار مقابل عدد الاصناف مبالغ فيه جدا
- عدم نظافة الزجاج الخارجي للفندق
