Pros:

The room was wonderful and very comfortable. I had paid additional for breakfast (not part of the booking), which was okay, though it could be improved. Overall, the room experience was very good.

Cons:

I faced check-in issues due to a communication gap between the hotel and Booking.com. There were no reservation staff available to verify the booking, and the front desk mentioned they were short-staffed. After several international calls to Booking.com, I had to make another reservation to proceed with check-in, which was later refunded by Booking.com. One staff member tried to assist, but due to the unavailability of experienced reservation staff and some being new, the issue could not be resolved promptly.
