Staff behaviour and the location.
The wifi facility was not there.
Nothing
Zero facilities, no hot water, no press, no room service, no morning tea available just hopelessly hopeless hotel.
During peak times, the elevator took a while. Not a huge issue, but worth noting if you're on a tight schedule.
Restaurant was Good
Wash Room was horrible. Toilet seat is removed. Bed was too low
Location is the only Advantage of staying in this hotel, Otherwise it's not worth for the price we paid.
Hotel and Facilities looked very average, Cleaniless is the issue, crockroaches in the rooms, Rooms were not kept properly not worth the price.

- Staff attitude very bad
- got confusion between fab hotels agent ( who never picked up the call ) and hotel staff and lots of arguments in between the stay
- even if you buy a cup of tea , you have to pay them immediately else they keep bothering you .
- dirty Maintainance
- raised a complaint on call center but never got the resolution
Worth of money and good location
In start WiFi was not working I complained almost 6 times then they arranged it at mid night which was frustrating even I requested to change room otherwise but they didn't this was something I had bad experience
I like this property but there is no enough staff for help
There is no one for room service and our side food not allowed
