Cons:

Lejligheden var meget lille til 5 personer. Sofaen der skulle bruges til opredning var uegnet til at sove på, da den var alt for lille. Der var pletter på sofaen og rengøringen var mangelfuld. Køkkenet var dårligt udstyret (fx intet bestik). Vores toilet stoppede og det var besværligt at få hjælp til at få det lavet. Pools kunne kun benyttes mod betaling og kun kontant. Vi måtte opgive fordi ATM maskinen ikke virkede. Check in var stressfyldt og usmidig. Kommunikationen med udlejer var vanskelig. Alt i alt en meget ringe oplevelse

Overall, my stay was comfortable, and functional condo completely exceeded all expectations.
Pros:

I absolutely love this condo! It is impressively modern, and it’s clear the owner invested a lot of thought and resources into the design. Everything is both stylish and highly functional, making the space incredibly comfortable to live in. The nearby SM Bicutan Mall is very convenient, with all kinds of shopping, food, and entertainment options within reach. The wave pool is great, providing an ocean wave experience in the heart of the city that the whole family enjoyed. Very close to the airport.

Cons:

There were no negative aspects; everything was above my expectations. Whatever they would improve down the road is a plus.

Our new favorite place in Manila! 🌆✨
This stay was extremely comfortable, cozy, and impeccably clean. The sunset views from the balcony were absolutely stunning—we found ourselves wishing we could have stayed much longer.

The grounds are beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with so many activities and multiple pools, including a large wave pool that was such a fun bonus. It truly feels like a resort tucked into the city.

Our host, Joel, was outstanding—extremely accommodating, kind, and always easy to reach. He answered all of our questions both before and during our stay, which made everything seamless and stress-free.

There are multiple cafes on site, convenient laundry services, and even spa services you can order directly to your room. Every detail was thought of.

The only negative? We didn’t know about this place sooner. It truly feels like a best-kept secret in Manila. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return! 🌴💛

An ok stay but really people - clean the showers and don’t leave rubbish in the bins
Pros:

It was secure. It had a balcony and 2 bedrooms - food availability is downstairs in shops - over all ok

Cons:

It needed a deep clean and the mirrors made it look way bigger in the advertising than it was.
There was no coffee machine as advertised and no top sheet on bed - we had to sleep with just a bed sheet - couldn’t bring ourselves to pull duvet up as was not sure of cleanliness.

It could have been perpect but....
Pros:

The place was nice and clean. The owner and care taker are kind and easy to deal with. Warm accomodation and the place is divine.

Cons:

The reception was a bit tricky and complicated. The parking was a bit pricey too. .
