A brand new apartment
Communication with the property manager was poor. Booking.com team forwarded their contact information but the information was either totally wrong or not up-to-date. They didn’t answer me in email nor in whatsapp and I needed to do some searcing from facebook until I found someone else who had a listing in the same house and she kindly helped me out. After she had called (?) the property manager in question, I finally received the check-in information via email. When we arrived, the staff said airport transfer will bee 200 pesos for 4 people. The next day I asked this via whatsapp and I received a rather arrogant answer saying ” Hello ma'am. Okay ma'am but As I said last night it's 350 ma'am not 200 ”. I was really disappionted with the property manager communication. The staff at the property was friendly but arrival was still messy: our apartment lacked the extra bed and the staff went to look for them, finally they came with 2 mattresses rather thin that we needed to put there ourselves. We needed to ask for the extra pillows for 2 or us. There was 4 of us in total staying in the apartment. The apartment was so new that the fridge was still half-way in the package and was not turned on. All the interior design things seemed to be brand new. There were some random cardboard boxes in the room, quite large ones, we didn’t touch them. The bathroom door got easily stuck and there was no bidet shower nor a toilet cleaner brush.
