Repeat visit to a lovely beautiful bungalow in the mountains
Pros:

This is my 4th trip to Morocco and 3rd time staying here. Absolutely amazing and very clean bungalows, towels and extra duvets provided. Very comfortable beds, pillows and great living room with two big couches, TV, a kitchen with fridge, cooker, kettle, coffee machine and cookware. total privacy and a private outdoor deck with chairs and tables. Vented Air conditioning and heating for all rooms which you can control from the kitchen is perfect to keep whatever temperature you want different from other places that have a central system that you'd have no control of your own temperatures so we were very happy with that. Amazing pools and views. In March it's very quiet here which is peaceful and exactly what we wanted. On top of it all there are beautiful peacocks roaming around the grounds and very beautiful gardens and flowers all over, the place is well taken care of and reception is very friendly and helpful. Having a car is very handy to get to the beach, but taxis are cheap and a great option as well. Other times I stayed here they provided us with a lift to the beach and just called the hotel to ask them to pick us up again, I'm not sure if they still offer that service because we have a car this time. Well worth the visit, the best place to stay in imi ouaddar in my opinion. We were in Taghazout before coming here and the difference is incredible, much nicer and cleaner here. Taghazout needs updated infrastructure and is very busy compared to imi ouaddar. Great accommodation and will definitely be back! Also very good price especially considering you get a full two bedroom bungalow for 4 people.

Il faut amélioré avant être trop tard
Pros:

L'endroit est très bien situé calme et sécurisé.

Cons:

Sercice du personnel moyen,
Plusieurs appels pour réclamer sans suite, on se trouve obligés d'aller à l'accueil pour effectuerune demande.
Vaisselles insuffisante surtout pour passer une semaine à 10jours.
Pas de presse jus, pas de mixeurs, plaque chauffantes trop lentes, ....
On a remarqué une dégradation de la qualité des services depuis l'ouverture à ce jour car on y était avant et c'était top à l'époque.
Mais en général c'est un cadre où tu peux y venir en famille, on espère voir une amélioration les années à venir.

Absolutely awful. Totally ruined my holiday!

Everything, its a scam! Looks nothing like the pictures! The apartment was unsafe, unclean, sockets hanging out of the wall, rusty cutlery, dead cockroaches in thr dishes, broken swimming pool ( my little girl got hurt!!!) they have never provided me with the cot for my baby despite multiple promises and I am still waiting for the booking.com to refund me my money back! Some of the staff very also very unkind and rude! I've checked out the very next day. They have replied to bookongmcok once where they have confirmed that they are happy for me to get my refund and booking.com stayed they have never received any email despite showing them the proof which was a print out of the email conversation between Lunja Village and them! What a scam! I want my money back! Its not fair!
