Pros:

Right at the pier. Good communication with owner.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. The spaces were small. Needs to be updated.

It was an amazing trip in the perfect place.
Pros:

This property was just what we needed as a group of two. It would also be perfect for a small family. The host messaged back quickly and the view was amazing. It had everything we needed and was just steps away from the beach. Since it was located right next to the pier, there were so many things to do. Make sure to check out the ice cream shop down the street. They have so many normal ice cream flavors and a few vegan ice creams.

Cons:

The absolute only thing I have to say is that there are very step stairs since parking is underneath. This wasn’t a problem for us at all, but if you are disabled it might be.

Location was great! Convient to most everything.Close to the pier. Great view from the deck.Could hear the bands and karaoke.

Cons:

No elevator. So carrying stuff up and down was not great. Even a "dummy" elevator would be so helpful.
The pool didn't get cleaned the whole week and it was overflowed with hose water so it was cold.

Knit picking.. a little small for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) seating was slightly limited but certainly not a deal breaker for this beautiful condo.

The location was fantastic!! I loved being by the pier. We also loved the beach and enjoyed that it wasn't too crowded. It was a fantastic stay.
