La parte vecchia della struttura ha le stanze datate e anche il bagno ma io ci tornerò volentieri
No a/c, no bidet in the bathroom. TV set so small and poor it was practically unusable. No digital TV channels (only local). No parking available for our stay...
Locatie was prachtig. Mooie natuur veel bezienswaardigheden in de buurt.
Parking (klanten restaurant parkeren hun daar). Ook prijs restaurant als hotelgast moet je extra betalen om op terras te zitten ! Ontbijt voor deze prijs 6€ per persoon vrij duur voor wat je krijgt. Niets wordt ook bijgevuld tot volgende hotelgasten komen ontbijten. Ook 4 personen als welkom 1 flesje water voor ons 4. Geen airco op de kamer. Ook geen muggengaas. Duur voor hetgeen wat je krijgt !

L’accueil parfait. Nous sommes arrivées tard et détrempées par un violent orage. Nous avons mangé d’excellentes pizzas maison servi avec un bon petit rosé… un très bon petit-déjeuner
Staff gentile,camere essenziali letto comodo
Ho trovato molti capelli sul mio cuscino,il resto della camera e il bagno erano puliti. Ma la federa del cuscino forse non era stata cambiata. Solo di un letto comunque. L'altro letto era pulito. Consiglio di controllare meglio questi dettagli.
Ho apprezzato molto la cortesia del personale. La sera al ristorante ho chiesto la gentilezza di avere del riso in bianco semplice e mi hanno accontentata per due sere cucinandomi il piatto richiesto fuori carta.
Davvero molto cortesi e sempre sorridenti.
Non vuole essere una critica perché sono stata bene, ma per chi è ipersensibile ai rumori come me non è semplice prendere sonno la sera a causa dei rumori degli altri clienti udibili in modo abbastanza forte.

The room wasn't very original
L'albergo è in una buona posizione, sulla strada per Macugnaga, raggiungibile in auto in dieci minuti. Davanti alla struttura si trova un comodo parcheggio e l'albergo è posizionato in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Poco distante ci sono anche dei bei sentieri per passeggiate nei boschi. La camera sì presenta ordinata e pulita, con bagno ristrutturato di recente e letto molto comodo. Il personale è disponibile e presente per buona parte della giornata nella struttura, dotata di ristorante e bar interno, con forno a legna per la pizza, molto buona. Anche la colazione è abbondante, con dolci fatti in casa, apprezzabili. Assolutamente consigliato per una vacanza rilassante in montagna!
La gentilezza, l'accoglienza, la disponibilità e cortesia del personale, hanno reso il soggiorno in quel posto stupendo ,ancora più bello. Grazie
