El personal muy amable, aunque sepan poco ingles, lo primero que nos informo antes de ir al hotel es de que estava lejos del centro (40 min andando) aun asi decidimos ir. Una vez llegamos, tenian disponible una habitacion superior a la contratada y nos propusieron el cambio gratuitamente.
