Pros:

Pros:

It was so close to the beach. And you can walk all the way to my khe beach from there. There was a nice food shop up front. It was close to the marble mountains. There was a nice pool and mini gym. They cleaned the room everyday and provided bottled water. The staff were accomodating. They had bath soap and shampoo, tootbrush and paste provided. The kitchen had a fridge, microwave, utensils, imduction cooktop. There was a washing machine. The tv also had cable channels. The wifi was good. There was a balcony. I checked in pretty late and they had security help me to my room. The are very responsive and helpful. The room also had a dining table, small work table and a cabinet. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The hot shower was ok. They had room slippers provided.

Cons:

The wall paint was peeling, you can tell that the room was a bit old. There were some dead insects on the walls when i got in. There was no exhaust in the bathroom, so you have to crack open the window. The elevator sometimes was in maintenance so you have to use the stairs. I worked at night and slept during the day time so the housekeeping kept waking me up. It would have been nice if they had a do not disturb option and and just cleaned the room when requested. The smart tv youtube could not play videos. The aircondition unit was leaking after overnight use. There were some stains on the sheet and walls. The door stopper had a broken piece.

Pros:

Great location near beach and resorts, but still away from the noisiest and loudest bits. Nice pool. Friendly. Clean. Matches the pics!

The stay was fine
Pros:

Overall, a good option for a longer stay. I stayed here for two weeks and would have happily stayed longer, but the place was already booked after my dates. Out of all the places I booked in Da Nang, this was probably the best one.

The room was spacious, and the Wi-Fi was good enough for remote work. The neighborhood is relatively quiet (especially compared to the Mi An area), the beach is nearby, and there are also cafes and small shops within walking distance. At the same time, plenty of food delivery options are available if you prefer to order in.

The staff is very friendly and always ready to help with anything you might need.

Cons:

A couple of small things that could be improved: the room could benefit from a bit of cosmetic refresh - some stains on the walls and ceiling don’t look great. There was also a slight musty smell in my room, but airing the room regularly helped. Adding a few hooks for towels in the bathroom would also be useful.

Also, since additional charges for water and electricity apply for stays longer than two weeks, it would be great if toilet paper was replenished during longer stays :)
