Great location near beach and resorts, but still away from the noisiest and loudest bits. Nice pool. Friendly. Clean. Matches the pics!
Overall, a good option for a longer stay. I stayed here for two weeks and would have happily stayed longer, but the place was already booked after my dates. Out of all the places I booked in Da Nang, this was probably the best one.
The room was spacious, and the Wi-Fi was good enough for remote work. The neighborhood is relatively quiet (especially compared to the Mi An area), the beach is nearby, and there are also cafes and small shops within walking distance. At the same time, plenty of food delivery options are available if you prefer to order in.
The staff is very friendly and always ready to help with anything you might need.
A couple of small things that could be improved: the room could benefit from a bit of cosmetic refresh - some stains on the walls and ceiling don’t look great. There was also a slight musty smell in my room, but airing the room regularly helped. Adding a few hooks for towels in the bathroom would also be useful.
Also, since additional charges for water and electricity apply for stays longer than two weeks, it would be great if toilet paper was replenished during longer stays :)

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly. I decided to shorten my stay because I didn't love the musty smell in my room, and they were very professional and kind about it. They refunded me. I asked to switch rooms, hoping that maybe a different room would be better, but there wasn't anything else available. I am particularly sensitive to this, so perhaps others wouldn't find it so bad.
I appreciated that the kitchenette had a kettle, utensils, and everything you need for a basic kitchen setup - even scissors, which I don't see often. The cleaning ladies were super nice as well. And, the shower had great hot water and good water pressure. Washing machine on the balcony worked great, and there was a drying rack as well.
Location is great. Beach access across the street and down a nice little walkway. Grabs are cheap, so you can get anywhere from here quickly, and it's affordable. I even walked to the touristy area a couple of days, exploring little side streets along the way. So, I enjoyed the location. It's a pretty quiet area, and I slept well.
The bed was super comfortable. Great pillows and mattress.
Security guy is very nice. And the cats are so cute. Pool is simple and it's a nice little area to eat dinner, or relax by the pool.
My room was quite dated - with lots of very obvious wear and tear. This doesn't bother me much, but worth noting if you are particular about seeing patchwork repairs, mismatched paint, and stains on the ceiling, etc.
The room was fine when I kept the door open to the balcony to let fresh air in, but when closed, you could really smell the musty/mildew smell.

バスタブ付きの部屋なのに温水が全く出なかった。
また、バスタブの栓が作動不良で、壊れていた。
修理を依頼さ、バスタブの栓は出来たが、今度は排水ができなかった。
再度、修理を依頼したが、2日ほど必要すると。
お湯も出ないことから3日目に契約解除をお願いした。
Location
Room smelled terrible. Bathroom was not clean. There was nobody to check in when we arrived and we had to wait. They didn’t respond fast to our messages and couldn’t make a reservation at a restaurant for us. Not flexible to check out 1 hour later. Staff didn’t speak english good. Happy that we only stayed here for one night, the smell of the room was really terrible.
