Receptionists are unfriendly and not at all cooperative, I have booked the room and once I reached the hotel with my family after the 10 hours long drive, the receptionist said we don't have room available and you may cancel the booking..

such unprofessional behavior I have never expected from a reputed hospitality property....

I would never recommend anyone such an unprofessional place
