أسوأ فندق تعاملت معه منذ ان عرفت بوكينج

Cons:

لقد قام الفندق بإلغاء حجزي ورفض دخولي رغم ان الحجز كان مؤكد. لم يتواصلوا معي ليتحققوا من قدومي وعندما تأخرت الغوا الحجز ورفضوا دخولي مما اضطرني الى الذهاب الى فندق آخر.

Bad guest experience and bathroom door was brown no cattle water for tea or coffee and no bus free for haram transport and no care or support form the stuff room was different size and location hotel cancel reservation after we stay for avoiding paying for booking fee

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel.
Aucun service, personnel désagréable et peu professionnel. J’ai demandé plus de 4 fois qu’on fasse la chambre et qu’on change les serviettes, mais rien n’a été fait, même après avoir mis l’étiquette “nettoyage de la chambre” sur la porte.

De plus, il n’y a aucun service de transport pour alharam et l’hôtel est très loin de la mosquée Al-Qatarie également ce qui rend les déplacements difficiles.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.
