The room and the bed were very comfortable. If you value quietness please consider the room situated further away facing main entrance.
The hostess was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The wifi was good. The aircon was good. There was a washing machine available. Good location by the river. Easy address for taxis to find. Good coffee shop and restaurants nearby.
The decor needs to be refreshed. The guesthouse has been well used over many years. At the same time, though old, it was clean.
Pinky è stata un host perfetto: si prende cura dei suoi ospiti e parla un ottimo inglese, riuscendo ad aiutarti per eventuali tour e consigli. La struttura inoltre è molto particolare e si trova in una zona diversa della città: sulla sponda del Mekong opposta a quella del Night market ma è comunque una zona interessante da visitare di jinghong.

A great stay in a nice area of Jinghong. Very close to the river, which has a great walking path used by many locals. Pinky was a helpful host who had plenty of ideas about local attractions and was happy to book private cars for attractions and onward travel.
The staffs were very friendly and provided what they could to meet our needs.
The first room we took was more quiet, but the ventilation was poor and the room smell damp. We asked to change to a brighter and more airy room, which was delivered. but the brighter room turned out to be so loud, that we couldn't sleep.
