Pros:

We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel. I guess the incredible views don't even need to be mentioned, but what I'd like to point out is the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. Mariam is a wonderful hostess who made us feel right at home, and made sure we were happy and comfortable all the way. It really made our stay even more special than we expected. I wish her all the best, and I would definitely come back here next time I'm in Armenia!

Pros:

Просто невероятный вид из номера (главное не смотреть в сторону, там есть неожиданности в виде недостроенных заброшенных домов по соседству или ну очень аутентичных полуживых огородных избушек). Тишина. Соседей почти не видно и не слышно. Очень приветливый администратор Мариам, максимально приятная в общении, всегда готова помочь. В номере чисто, убирались каждый день, при необходимости меняли полотенца и халаты. В общем, идеальное место чтобы просто посидеть и посмотреть в даль. Честные фото от отельера, без обработки, живьём всё ровно так как на картинках - за это отдельное спасибо)

Cons:

Завтрак конечно мог бы быть лучше. Помидор-огурец-лаваш-масло-сыр плюс компот и что-то в виде основного блюда типа омлета с сосисками или гречки. Он съедобный, но не более. Один омлет с горохом чего стоил)). Не хватало банальной яичницы и воды вместо компота. Кофе - варят в турке, на любителя. Кофемашины нет ни в номере ни на завтраке. Кладбище прямо напротив входа - такое философское соседство. В номере не работали батареи, в верхней спальне было ооочень холодно ночью (ездили в начале мая), ребенок спал в спортивном костюме. К вопросу вида - не хватает газона под номерами, если смотреть из номера не прямо а вниз, то там люки, бетон, арматура какая-то. Надеюсь дойдут у ребят руки это доделать. Не смотря на все эти минусы без преувеличения прекрасное место, однозначно рекомендую).

My stay at Lost in Sky was fantastic, and I cannot recommend it enough for anyone visiting Armenia. The A-frame room design is spectacular—modern, cozy, and perfectly integrated into the landscape. Waking up to that panoramic mountain view was an amazing experience.Relaxing in the private, purple-lit jacuzzi on the balcony while watching the clouds roll over the valley was a highlight. Using the giant cliffside swing and the "nest" viewpoint is also a must, as it offers some of the best photo opportunities in Armenia.What truly elevated my stay, however, was the incredible hospitality. A special thank you to Mariam, who was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect. Her warmth and professionalism are rare to find and made me feel right at home. Between the breathtaking scenery and the fantastic service, this is easily one of the best properties I’ve ever visited.

очень аутентичное классное место
Pros:

очень вкусные завтраки. мега гостеприимный и дружелюбный персонал. в номере очень тепло. есть вода, кофе и турка, минибар и отличный выбор вин. ванна на балконе набирается один час дистанционно как-то с ресепшн, и затем постепенно остывает, вода очень горячая, помогает отдохнуть например после активного дня в соседнем Yell Extrim Park.

Cons:

в отеле нет ужинов, но можно заказать в номер из соседнего отеля. было бы неплохо добавить ландшафтный дизайн, вид из номер на ущелье прекрасный, но под балконом - можно было бы улучшить. напротив отеля через дорогу старое кладбище.

Вежливый персонал, красивые виды из номера. Ужасный сервис.
Pros:

Очень красивый вид из номера

Cons:

Начнем с того, что через дорогу от отеля, а дома стоят практически вплотную к дороге - кладбище. Люди приезжают отдыхать, развлекаться, а тут такое соседство.
В отдельных виллах с купелью ты вроде должен быть уединен, но нет. Ты расположился у себя на балконе, ходишь полураздетый, принимаешь водные процедуры, а с фото зоны в виде руки на тебя постоянно наблюдают другие проживающие. За два часа пока мы пользовались купелью, на «руке@ постоянно были люди.
Завтрак: очень ограничен по времени - с 10 до 11. Это категорически поздно. Но ничего с этим сделать нельзя. мы договорились заранее, что приедем к 10:00. Пришли вовремя. Минут 10 ждали пока начнут обслуживать. Очень медленно выносили составляющие завтрака. Хлеб, масло, сыр, овощи. Еще минут 10-15 перерыв. Потом принесли гречку! и омлет с сосисками вперемешку. О каком либо выборе, замене блюд и речи нет. Многие кто был, вставали и уходили голодные. И это в стране, где ты в любом ресторане наешься и вкусно и недорого.
Разочарование полное.
Да, персонал вежливый. Да, виды очень красивые. Но остальное просто убивает всю прелесть этого места.

Не было ключа от номера, судя по отзывам его никогда и не было, очень грязный пол, ремонт не первой свежести, многое уже разваливается, стекла в панорамной спальне грязные

Beautiful view, romantic room and caring staff.
Pros:

Most similar resorts offer minimal, continental breakfast. This place gave us a lot more: traditional Armenian breakfast with several courses, all of them homemade and delicious. The staff is lovely as well and very accomodating and helpful, even taking pictures for us and having medical supplies on site. Thank you to Hrachya and Mariam for their hospitality and genuine care for guests.
