Pros:

- Bett war gemütlich
- Steckdosen Adapter direkt am Nachttisch, beide Seiten

Cons:

- sehr kleines Zimmer, nicht mal Platz um einen Koffer aufzumachen. Wir hatten zwei.
- Nur Klimaanlage, Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden
- Kein Wasserkocher
- Kühlschrank wurde sehr warm
- Kein Aufzug, Koffer müssen über eine recht Steile Treppe bis in den 3. Stock hochgetragen werden
- Obdachlose sitzen/übernachten teilweise vor dem Eingang, nichts für alleinreisende Frauen

Esthetically perfect, remote staff always available for help. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Every detail is exquisitely chosen. Perfectly proportioned room appears larger than it actually is. The bathroom is very up to date.

Cons:

The location is in a transitional neighborhood. And three stories up can be challenging if you have too much luggage. Travel light I say.

Very clean and comfortable
Pros:

A grocery store a pharmacy and a SAQ right beside the hotel, plus the train station is a few minutes walk. And the main areas like Petit Champlain, Château etc. can easily be visited on foot from the hotel. Plus the staff is amazing and exceptional at communication. I really appreciate the heads up at 8pm that they would be shutting down at 9pm with the emergency contact reminder the first night.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of is a freezer with the fridge to have the chance to buy frozen items.

Les photos sont loin de la réalité
Cons:

Les photos ne sont pas représentative de la réalité, « l’hotel » est situé en dessous d’un restaurant chinois et des odeurs d’humidité et des nourriture sont présente des les chambres. Les chambres ne sont pas plus spacieuse qu’un dortoir universitaire. Très déçu.

La chambre était très belle

Cons:

La chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée et nous avons dû attendre 30 minutes. On ne m'avait pas non plus fourni le code pour entrer dans l'établissement et dans la chambre. Il n'y a pas de réception alors il faut parler avec la sonnette.

Location was near gare du palais and also near a grocery store and restaurants.

Cons:

Several homeless people around the area. If you have heavy luggage, there is no elevator. Be ready to climb a couple flights of stairs.
