Nice Stay but coded locks are terrible
Pros:

Quebec city is on a hill, and this is at the bottom of the hill, which is why lower priced

Cons:

The room unlock with a code. However, in the dark they are impossible to read and half the time they wouldn't open. I booked this for my 80+ year old uncles and I had to help each of them out to get in and out. Also fairly odd room layouts

Great hotel, but avoid room 203.
Pros:

Location. Check in process and cleanliness

Cons:

Room 203 has a huge commercial fan sitting just outside it’s window that runs 24h. This did not make for a restful sleep as the noise is constant and the room vibrates continuously.

Super sejour, tout est tres bien organisé pour les clients
Pros:

Très jolie deco, très propre et moderne, chambre spacieuse. Lit très confortable. Equipement de la kitchenette tres bien. La chambre est parfaite avec deux enfants fatigués le soir pour manger et être installés confortablement. Un lit bebe, une chaise haute et un chauffe bebe étaient installés pour notre arrivee. Gentillesse de l'equipe de nettoyage que nous avons croisée et qui nous a aidés à porter nos valises jusqu'a la bagagerie. Supermarché juste à côté et restos sympas dans la rue. Il y a en effet des SDF dans le quartier mais paradoxalement le quartier est très animé et pas glauque. Tout est en arrivée autonome et digitale mais très bien expliqué par messages quand on arrive. Nous avons pris le parking en plus, il est juste à côté de l'hotel. Il y a un service de bagagerie gratuit sur demande avec des grands casiers securisés, dans le batiment face au parking, tres pratique! Nous avions du mal à trouver au début, j'ai appelé le numero mentionné dans le message et la personne au bout du fil a su gentillement m'aider à distance.

Cons:

Beaucoup d'escaliers car les chambre sont au 2e et 3e etage sans ascenseur, ainsi que les deux etages du parking sans ascenseur, quand on est chargé et avec des enfants c'est un peu compliqué. Comme mentionné dans beaucoup de commentaires les fenetres ne s'ouvrent pas mais ca ne nous a pas vraiment derangés. Par contre une des fenetres donnait sur une soufflerie un peu bruyante.

A great stay in Quebec City.
Pros:

This was a great find in Quebec City. The room was a very pleasant surprise, as it had two comfortable beds, each of which could just about fit two people. Everything that was needed was there and worked. The staff (not on the property, only remote), was always quick to react and helpful with our requests. There is a free baggage locker facility about two minutes' walk away, which we used both before and after our stay. Location is great - quieter and less touristy, more "authentic", although this can mean you will also see some of less fortunate people in the city...

Highly recommended!

Très belles prestations. Le personnel est très réactif.

Cons:

Il serait judicieux de permettre d'avoir des éclairages isolés pour la lecture, en plus de l'éclairage de toutes les têtes de lit.

Le bruit. Celui de la rue et des autres locataires. La lampe de chevet au goût douteux ( tête avec gum balloon) qui prend toute la place sur la table de chevet.

Chambre très propre et cosy. Très bon tarif. Réactivité via WhatsApp, personnel arrangeant

Cons:

Nous avons dû changer de chambre suite à une odeur d'égouts dans la première. Cela s'est très bien passé mais reste un peu décevant.
Les chambres ne sont malheureusement pas super bien isolées phoniquement.

otimo custo beneficio com apartamento totalmente novos, estilo apartamento
Pros:

quarto sempre limpe e muito espaçoso, e de bônus tinha uma mini cozinha que permitia fazer um cafe da manha ou mesmo um cha durante a noite

nao ter uma recepção fisica, nao chega ser um problema, mas me pegou de supresa pq nao vi essa informacao no site

Le fait que l'on nous a fait poireauter devant une porte pendant pratiquement 1heure car on voulait utiliser la bagagerie pour au final se retrouver à repartir avec ces derniers et ou l'on a laissé 30 dollars alors que je me déplaçais avec des béquilles et qu'il fasse 2° celsius.

Perfect stay, would highly recommend
Pros:

The suite was a great size for us and our baby, the hotel even provided us with a high chair and milk warmer which was really helpful as well as the cot. The room was really modern and clean, comfy beds and everything you needed in the kitchenette. The host couldn’t have been more helpful via the booking.com chat.

Da localização, próximo a Supermercado, restaurantes, transporte público e próximo a vieux-quebec.

Cons:

De ter que subir escada com malas pesadas, mas fomos informados disso, então tudo bem enquanto tivermos saúde pra isso.
