We regret to stay in this hotel
Compared to the room rate, the service and facilities were not worth the price.
Only one 750ml bottle of water was provided in the room, and during turndown service, only two 250ml bottles were given. Guests were not allowed to request additional water, so I ended up having to buy water outside, despite the extremely hot weather conditions.
The air conditioning in the room was centrally controlled and was turned off after we left the room at 10 a.m.
The breakfast selection was very limited, and when I asked for additional bacon, the staff appeared unwilling to accommodate the request and did not provide good service.
The property was very private & exclusive. Enjoyed the private tour at the Fendi Flagship Store.
Our room - Deluxe Suite Room 5 experienced power outage 3x.

Great room and incredible staff
Das Zimmer war schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir die Überraschung zum Geburtstag meiner Mutter – Kuchen, eine Karte, eine Flasche Prosecco und sogar ein kleines Geschenk, was wirklich sehr süss war. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top, sehr zentral und nur wenige Schritte von der Spanischen Treppe entfernt.
Wir konnten leider weder früher einchecken noch später auschecken – was grundsätzlich verständlich ist, wenn keine Verfügbarkeit besteht. Allerdings war der Empfang an der Rezeption für mich nicht ganz angenehm, ich habe mich etwas unwohl gefühlt. Zudem war es nachts teilweise recht laut und die Wände sind eher hellhörig.
