Pros:

La vue !

Cons:

Le fait que le gérant ne fasse aucun gestion ou même ne s’excuse pas pour nous avoir oublié sur son planning. Résultat logement récupéré le lendemain. 3h30 à attendre dehors que l’on puisse nous trouver une solution avec des enfants.
La personne qui fait le ménage est super sympa.
Mais vraiment trop chère au vue de la relation gérant /client.
