Highly recommend, good value and great location!
Pros:

Good location near railway stations. Easy to walk to Shinsekai and Shinsaibashi. Spacious apartment with washing machine. Clean and bright

Perfect spacious and affordable place to stay

Great location, very clean and very affordable
There’s a 7/11 right around the corner (1 min walk) and the station is just a few minutes down the road. Affordable dining option around the area. We will stay again if we come back! Host is very responsive too

Bad checkin experience - wouldn't recommend
Pros:

The price & location of this place is good. it did have a kitchenette & laundry in the room which was useful. The bed was comfy - the kitchen/bedroom area was nicely decorated. The room was also a good size with a sofa area.

Cons:

I had a pretty awful experience with this place - I flew in pretty late form Okinawa arriving around 11pm. They had sent me the wrong details for check in - it's self service so the codes were not working for the main door. I tried to contact them in every which way - via booking.com, email, watsapp, phone. They were really slow to do anything. At one point I thought I'd have to find another hotel. When they did get back to me I swear the guy was laughing on the phone. Really not a good experience at all. It took me well over an hour to get in to my room - next time I'd rather pay more for some place else & not have the hassle late at night.

This pace is quite industrial - the bedroom/kitchen areas was nice but the bathroom was not great and there was an awful smell coming from the sink. I'm not quite sure they have the plumbing quite right on this one.

Très bon spot au sein d’Osaka parfait pour plusieurs nuits !

Pros:

Phòng rộng, rất sạch, tiện nghi (bếp ăn, tủ lạnh, máy giặt kiêm máy sấy kèm nước giặt đồ rất thơm, tivi), bên dưới sảnh còn trang bị tủ locker rất rất tiện lợi, nhất là sau khi trả phòng và bạn cần 1 nơi để giữ đồ. Mọi thứ đều trên cả tuyệt vời. Ngày đầu tiên ở Nhật Bản, chúng tôi đã vô cùng hài lòng và ấn tượng với khách sạn này, tôi rất ít khi viết review nhưng Tanimachi namba East là 1 ngoại lệ, nhất định sẽ rcm cho những khách khác.

Komfortables und zentral gelegenes Apartment-Hotel
Pros:

Sauber, ausreichend Platz, einfaches System für Check-in/Check-out. Nette Aussicht, komfortable Betten.

Cons:

Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft etwas schleppend, am Ende hat aber alles super geklappt.

Okay, onpersoonlijk en weinig gastvrij

De locatie en de inrichting. Die waren prima.

Cons:

Ik rook. In de info-klapper werd aangegeven dat er niet gerookt mocht worden. Dat snap ik, maar er werd aangegeven dat je dat ook niet mocht in de straten in de omgeving. Absurd en weing gastvrij.

Super miejsce na kilka nocy, bardzo rozwinięty obiekt.
Pros:

Bardzo dużo przestrzeni, łatwy dostęp do metra i do 7 eleven (1 minuta). Fajne udogodnienia, dostęp do multimediów w telewizorze, oraz instrukcja która ułatwiła używanie pokoju oraz urządzeń. Polecam Bahn-mi 2 minuty od ośrodka (Bami Go)

Konun çok iyi değildi. Ayrıca balkon çok kirli. Banyo kokuyordu. Temizlik için ekstra ücret isteniyor. Kaldım süre boyun

Tuvalet , balkon çok kirliydi. Böcek ilacı gibi birşey koymuşlar yatakların yan kısmına ve çocuğum onunla oynadığında fark ettim. Tesis bu konuda uyarmadı bizi.
