Ótima escolha!
Pros:

Tudo novo e muito limpo. Tem microondas, geladeira, máquina de lavar roupa (com sabão). Espaço amplo, dá pra abrir as malas e perto do metrô. Muito bom. Recomendo.

Pros:

Check-in fàcil amb accés a l'habitació amb codi. No disposa de recepció però és fàcil contactar amb ells. Habitació (doble de lux) molt neta i ben equipada però molt petita per una família de 4, tot i que ja ho sabiem se'ns va fer una mica complicat.
molt ben ubicat a 10 minuts de Dotonbori, amb supermercats propers. L'estació a Kyoto també és propera si vas amb jr, però molt llunyana si viatges amb shinkansen.

Fabulous location, minimal cleaning equipment.
Pros:

The location is exceptional. You are 7 minutes away from Namba Parks with the Flagship Store of Kura Sushi. You are 3 minutes away from a 7-Eleven Conveniene store. You are 10 minutes away from Dotonburi. It's really a fabulous location. Normally I am always skeptical of self-check in services, but the inlog code to enter the building was solid. The elevator smelled so nice, and they have a drawer on the ground floor where you can get a unlimited supply of towels and toilet paper. Big bonus.

I had the queens room studio which was lovely with a fully equipped kitchen and also a balcony. It's quite pricey, but you get a wonderful apartment in return.

Cons:

No equipment to clean the apartment. There was no vacuumer or anything that helps to the apartment clean. You can request it, and if they have it in stock, they will place it outside your room.

Cons:

Horrible toxic sewer smell in Rm 602. A reviewer in March (room 202) noted the same thing. Clearly an issue that hasn’t been addressed properly. The attempt to cover with air freshener is insufficient.
Kitchen items incomplete. No dish towel for drying dishes. No mixing bowl or strainer. Two utensils.

공간이 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 아이 포함하여 세식구가 편안한 휴식을 취할 수 있었어요. 위치도 난바역근처라 좋았어요.

가격대비 너무나 좋았던 숙소
Pros:

엄청 깨끗하고 직원분들도 대응이 빨라서 좋았습니다. 여기서 사용하는 베개가 너무 좋아서 따로 구입까지 했어요~
비가 왔었는데 1층에 우산을 쓸 수 있도록 마련해 두어서 그것도 좋았습니다.

Good stay but location is not superb
Pros:

The property has no staff attending to u and they only communicate via chat but staff is very attentive .
The property is clean and tidy and overall suitable for small families and all u needed .
It’s consider big and spacious .
No bad smell nor odor smell .

Cons:

The location is not suitable for family with kids nor elderly as it has some walking distance to nearby groceries or restaurant . And it’s not easy to look for too . Especially during winter time
