Pros:

Coffee shops and food just outside the doors! Cheap shopping just outside the doors too.

Cons:

Ants are biting me at night. Poor security. Doors don't really lock. Able to use any stiff flat piece of metal to open.

Great Value for the Price
Pros:

What a bargain! The room rate is almost equivalent to a hostel or dorm bed, but you get your own private room with an attached bathroom. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to restaurants, the weekend night market, and plenty of eateries. With such a low cost, what more could you ask for?

Cons:

The hotel and rooms are quite old and definitely in need of refurbishment, but for such a low budget price, I don’t mind staying for a night or two.
