Very modern and the room had a great view of the pitch
Although we received an e mail apology that the restaurant wasn’t open but there was bar food available all day we were told after checking in that there was no bar food as it was a match day . Normally wouldn’t be a problem but the hotel is in the middle of nowhere

Breakfast was fine. Didn't take a cooked one. Was it included as part of my deal? Not clear in the documentation. Staff member on duty very pleasant.
No evening food available and no prior warning. Was aware immediately after booking that restaurant closed but bar food was meant to be available that we decided was ok. However, no good was actually available for the evening that we were stating. Not advised at check in until we asked about need to book - apparently chef had phoned in sick! For a "5* hotel" surely they should have a back up for this eventuality.
Bathroom door had to be wedged shut otherwise it slid open while you were using it.
Would suggest mirror in room too high for sitting drying your hair.
The size of the room was great, the bed was comfy and the shower was very pleasant. Breakfast was also good.

It’s was perfect in every sense, location, price, breakfast, cleanliness, the shower was amazing. The sports bar attached was great too. Staff were very accommodating, friendly and very helpful. The hotel was stunningly beautiful.
