The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, but there was a lot of noise coming from outside.
Pros:

The location is in a prime area with easy access to major spots, and most places are within walking distance.

Cons:

Cleanliness was satisfactory, but the check-in process could be improved, as the staff appeared unprofessional when we presented our Booking.com reservation.

No to the standard.
Pros:

Nothing. The only positive was that when asked to cancel and be refunded, they agreed.

Cons:

Room without a window. Never happened this before in a supposed to be a 3/4 stars hotel. The bed sheets are not clean.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. La atención del personal muy buena. Tiene dispensador de agua fria en cada piso. Habitación cómoda

Cons:

El único punto para criticar es el tema del armario o algo donde dejar ropa. Tienen uno muy chico que no sirve para mucho. Pueden poner uno chico pero que tenga estantes y cajones para ropa

Perfect location and convenient
Pros:

It was such a perfect location, and the staff were lovely. Next door to a shop and also the food markets and not far from so much more! Felt super safe there :) really good value for money would stay again

Cons:

It was really loud but that was due to other guests and the street noises so not the hotels fault but just to keep in mind when booking

Bon rapport qualité/prix, le personnel est sympathique. L'emplacement est pratique à 2 pas de Jalan Alor pour mener le soir, le métro MRL ligne verte Bukit bintang ou Imli à 10 minutes à pied, le marché central et Jalan Petaling à 18 minutes à pied, un 7-eleven et KK juste à côté. Les chambres sont faits tous les jours et propres

The front desk staff were very friendly, soft-spoken and easy to deal with. The room was clean and spacious, and both the pillows and extra bed were comfortable.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

Cons:

Just a small suggestion – perhaps provide better quality drinking water and a quantity that matches the size of the mugs provided.

Good location. Nice lobby. Helpful staff. They helped me with an adaptor for my European plugs. Hotel is easy to find. Water dispenser available in the lobby.

Cons:

I rarely write bad reviews, but this time I have to do it. I hope that booking.com will pay attention to it and will take action. This was the first time that the fotos in the listing were so far away from the reality. I attach a couple of fotos. I booked deluxe room. I am realistic and never expect much. But even my expectations were too far from reality. I got very small place with crackles on the floor, on the wall, swollen flooring, table polish peeling off, so much noise from outside, that you start thinking that your window is open. Overall this room needs some maintenance.

And a couple of words about breakfast. Only Asian / Malaysian food which is ok. Scarce choice, only one type of fruit (if you are lucky). The breakfast room itself if more like a cantine in the dormitory.

This all looked completely different on the fotos. Travelers should pay attention and be prepared for dissappointment when they book this hotel.

The room was clean and had an adapter for the sockets, as they are not European style. The bathroom had disposable toothbrushes and a small bar of soap. The room was fine for one night. There is a water dispenser in the hallway, which is great.

Cons:

Right in front of the window, in a street stall, loud music was playing until 3 a.m., so it's worth bringing earplugs with you.
