Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Lage ist super, Sauberkeit ist ausgezeichnet, Frühstück super.
Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Fenstern zum Innenhof, deswegen war es auch angenehm ruhig.
Für einen Städtetrip wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Good location and friendly front desk staff, but the housekeeping was extremely poor and the room lacked basic amenities
Pros:

The location was quite good—close to the beach and not far from the city center. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The housekeeping was absolutely terrible. When I checked in, there were cobwebs on the ceiling, and no one removed them during my entire five-day stay. There was also spilled soy sauce on the chair, which was never cleaned. I honestly do not know what the housekeeping staff were doing in my room.

Even worse, the toilet had clearly not been cleaned before I checked in. Fortunately, I had my own sanitizer and cleaned it myself, as there were visible signs that someone had used it. There were also strange stains in the bathtub that were never removed.

The room had no refrigerator or kettle, and no tea or coffee was provided. In hot weather, having a refrigerator to keep water cold is very important.

Overall, the housekeeping was extremely poor and unacceptable.

Excellent staff and a good location, but the comfort of the room could definitely be improved.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely great: very welcoming, friendly and always available to help. The hotel is also well located, close to the Vélodrome, with several restaurants nearby and the beaches fairly easy to reach.

Cons:

The main downside was the comfort of the room. The single bed was really narrow, which became quite uncomfortable over several nights. The water pressure in the bathroom was also quite low and, at times, the water was not really hot even with the temperature set to maximum. There was also no phone in the room to contact reception, so we had to go downstairs whenever we needed something. Finally, the door to our room was sometimes difficult to close properly, so we had to make sure it was fully locked before leaving.

Pros:

Прекрасно абсолютно все! Сам отель удачно расположен недалеко от старого порта и жд вокзала - мы доехали на метро, от станции направо, и через 5 минут отель. И минут 15-20 прогулочным шагом до ближайшего пляжа, стоит пройти дальше, там их целая вереница на любой вкус.
Номер небольшой, конечно, но комфортный и чистый. Великолепные завтраки: много разной нарезки, йогурт-омлет, вкусный кофе из кофемашины, выпечка, разные фрукты. И щадящее время завтраков - до 11 утра)
Сам район вокруг отеля тоже весьма приятный.
И самое лучшее в отеле - это персонал: мегаприветливый и дружелюбный. Готовые ответить на все вопросы, подсказать и помочь.

Cons:

у нас был номер твин, 2 односпальные кровати довольно узкие даже для таких худышек, как мы с дочерью. Гл это несущественные мелочи, на самом деле.

Ottima soluzione per Marsiglia
Pros:

- staff molto disponibile e cortese
- camera pulita e silenziosa
- camera rifatta anche solo per le due notti passate
- ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo (era la struttura più economica a Marsiglia con queste caratteristiche, ho fatto più controlli nel corso delle settimane)
- fermata della Metro vicina

Cons:

- bagno effettivamente molto piccolo
- posizione in zona non centrale
- climatizzatore regolabile, con limite

Moderno y renovado con una ubicación muy práctica.
Pros:

Elegimos la ubicación por el Velodrome para ver un partido y nos encantó lo fácil que es llegar al centro y. a las playas. Está muy bien comunicado. Nuestra habitación era amplia, muy bonita y bastante cómoda. Recién renovado con buen gusto.
