Ein insgesamt enttäuschender Aufenthalt ohne Erholungswert.

Unser Aufenthalt entsprach leider nicht unseren Erwartungen, da wir die Wohnung als abgenutzt, nicht ausreichend sauber und sehr hellhörig empfanden und auch die angebotene Alternative keine Verbesserung darstellte, weshalb wir insgesamt keinen erholsamen Aufenthalt hatten und von einer erneuten Buchung absehen würden.

Súper limpio, completo y cómodo.
Lo mejor fue la respuesta ante las consultas, tuvimos un inconveniente con el código de acceso y en pocos minutos quedó solucionado. Muy atentos siempre. La opción de dejar equipaje así como las personas que trabajan allí, marcan la diferencia.

Не дали ключ или код от входной двери. Не указали номер квартиры. Кухонная посуда битая, старая, мебель на кухне ветхая, ванная старая. Требует капитального ремонта и т.д.

Das ausziehbare Sofa war kaputt, die Unterkunft war sehr abgewohnt (z.B. kein Stöpsel im Waschbecken, Steckdose im Bad hing herunter, Toilettenpapierhalter war schräg und locker, die Revisionklappe im der Dusche hing herunter, der Laminatboden war aufgezogen, der Rauchmelder (Pflicht) war abgebaut und nicht vorhanden. Obwohl das Appartment danach frei war, war es nicht möglich 1 Stunde später auszuziehen, obwohl das bei Verfügbarkeit in Aussicht gestellt wurde.

Cons:

Sink flooded, was repaired but flooded again. Supplies (bathroom tissue, soap) not enough for 3 nights of 6 people. There was no soap in the bathrooms at all.Amenities were for a single person.
