Pros:

Готель розташований у чудовому місці острова. Я можу сказати, що все виглядає як маленький рай створений для людей, яким пощастило тут опинитися. Час зупинився, коли ми приїхали в цей готель. Готель просторий та світлий. Номер просторий, чистий. У номері є балкон із зручними кріслами. Тут кожен ранок ми пили каву та милувалися краєвидом. Ліжко зручне, комфортне. Сніданок різноманітний, смачний . Вид з ресторану на море. На території є бар біля басейну, це зручно. На території є ресторан для вечері. Має дуже приємне розташування і вид. Ввечері є культурна програма, жива музика. Чудовий пляж. Захід у море зручний. Море тепле і ми мали можливість плавати дуже далеко. Море спокійне, можно зустріти великих риб, але вони мирні. Персонал дуже привітний, лишилося приємне враження. Поблизу готелю є природний парк, можно побачити різних птахів, які тут мешкають. За готелем їздить маленький паровозик, який прямує по всьому містечку. Готель зручний для відпочинку і з маленькими дітьми. Чудові спогади про цей готель та острів на все життя.

Hermosos dias a la playa
Pros:

En nuestro viaje este año hemos recorrido muchos hoteles y este sinceramente me pareció hermoso en todo sentido. Desde el desayuno hasta la playa, la amabilidad de todos, las piscinas, el acceso directo a la playa y la limpieza en general del hotel. Pero cabe destacar sinceramente el trato que tuvimos de uno de los chicos que nos ayudó con las maletas y de la recepcionista del hotel que nos atendió y nos hizo sentir muy bien. No recuerdo el nombre lamentablemente, nosotros cumplimos aniversario y nos escribió una nota hermosa con un detalle en la habitación y esas cosas no se olvidan, desde ya que volveremos a ir el año próximo y nos volveremos a ver. Muchas gracias

Prachtig hotel op een toplocatie met geweldig personeel
Pros:

De ligging aan het strand. Het hotel ligt net buiten het centrum zodat het hier rustig is in de avond uren. Centrum is op loopafstand van het hotel. Het personeel is geweldig.

Hotel muy bonito y tranquilo en el mismo paraíso
Pros:

El desayuno sorprende con todo tipo de tostadas y porridge a la carta . La atención del personal, muy atento y educado.
la caja fuerte en un cajón comodisima, y hasta tabla de planchar y plancha.
Tener tan cerca la playa es una maravilla, una de las mejores playas de mallorca. Algunas algas en el mar de poseidonia, que provoca mal olor a veces, pero el color del agua y la arena espectacular.
Cama muy cómoda. Amenities de calidad, albornoz, zapatillas.. y la terracita es un plus.
Cerca de la ciudad histórica de Alcudia y no muy lejos de Pollensa, que son 2 pueblecitos preciosos. Recomiendo ir a Cala san vicente ¡¡ de 10

Que una tarde me encontré mi habitación abierta, con el seguro echado, se ve que la persona de limpieza se olvidó de cerrar la puerta .. me asusté mucho, con suerte tenía todo en la caja fuerte y no faltaba nada , pero bajé a decirlo a recepción y no sirvió de nada, porque no tuvieron ningún tipo de detalle conmigo ni explicación,quedaron en hablar con el manager... volví a decirlo el día del checkout, quedaron de nuevo en decirme algo y no me han llamado.
También olvidos al hacerme la habitación como reponer la alfombrilla del baño, lavar vasos ,cucharas, y reponer manzanilla y agua...

Pros:

Lage am Meer, freundliches Personal (insbesondere Reception, Service), reichhaltiges Buffet, feines Essen, grosser Pool, Sonnenauf- und Untergang

Cons:

Neues Spa schliesst schon um 18h, Musik spielt nur bis 21:45, keine Bar für Absacker

Bien, bon emplacement mais je trouve que c’est plutôt un 4 étoile et pas 5. Rapport qualité/ prix à revoir.
Pros:

La propreté et felicitations aux femmes de ménages qui ont fait l’étage et notre chambre 1203 ! Et le personnel du petit déjeuner mais surtout de la piscine étaient très sympa !

Cons:

La personne que nous avons eu lors de notre Check out, désagréable, pas un sourire, pas de merci, ne s’est pas excusé alors qu’elle s’est trompé par rapport au paiement en CHF. Chambre était mal équipée ou pas équipée. Il manquait brosse pour les toilettes, dentifrice, de la place pour ranger les habits.

Magnifique sauf la restauration qui devrait être améliorée

Petit déjeuner par forcément du standard de l'hotel, carte du Pool Bar décevante et pas du tout kids friendly, carte du diner un peu décevante
