Pros:

Phòng tiện nghi và tinh tế, đám ứng mọi nhu cầu sử dụng của tôi . Vị trí thuận lợi gần chợ. Cô chủ nhà rất dễ thương, luôn trợ giúp tôi rất nhiệt tình. Giá tiền cực kỳ hợp lý. Phòng giống với mô tả, có cửa sổ nên rất thoáng.

Cons:

Hơi bất tiện chút xíu về con hẻm trước cửa khách sạn. Mặc dù hẻm rất rộng nhưng có nhiều khách sạn, xe hơi của khách đậu chật kín (2 chiếc đậu song song) gây khó khăn khi lưu thông và khi cần chạy xe lên xuống hầm để xe.

Pros:

Rất thích luôn ạ. Vị trí siêu tiện lợi với khách đi từ Phan Thiết lên như mình vì gần nhà xe An Phú. Vị trí sát chợ, xung quanh địa điểm ăn uống rất nhiều. Vô cùng tiện lợi. Vệ sinh phòng ốc được dọn mỗi ngày. Nói chung siêu ok với gia đình mình luôn

Cute small hotel, very clean and feels new as of 2025.
Pros:

As for 2025, it is nearly new building. That means no mold, no fungus or humidity.
They dont use fabric softener, so bed linens and towels do not smell chemicals, like at many other Viet hotels.
Mattress is amazingly firm, I like it so much.
Staff is great. Even with just Google Translate communication was easy and respectful.
Everyday water, tea, instant coffie, napkins - all good quality, not the cheapest.
Overall great price/quality rate.

Cons:

No refrigerator in the room. It is ok, but maybe add one on ground floor for common use?
Synthetic bed linens. Not very bad itself, but not a hotel standard cotton.
Elevator melody hearable inside room.
If your neighbors are 1 or more local family with children, they would shout in the corridors and stairs. Not hotel fault, but this is the only thing I hate in Vietnam: screaming children and adults.
