“Not a pet‑friendly hotel. The staff were also not friendly. I was charged ₱500 for my dog even though I wasn’t informed about any pet fee, and I even mentioned it in the comments when I made the booking. Very disappointing experience.”
Breakfast wasn’t even enough for my 40kg children, no TV for 2 nights even after complaining 3 times. Beds are uncomfortable and short, I am 6 ft tall and my ankles were off the bed. Everything gets soaked when you shower including toilet, sink and entire floor. Don’t stay here if you are a westerner with expectations of any comfort whatsoever.

Quiet, Clean, Good Value. Easy access to SM mall though pathway is about 20 meters of narrow step stone brick path between shack and fence (typical for the PI and only for the able bodied). Room opens to a hallway so minimal natural light. Hotel is located on a back dead end street so absolutely no traffic noise. Room is clean, bedding is excellent. Cold air conditioning. Good refrigerator.
Good value, one night stay. Nothing really, given the expectation. I would give this place 2.5 stars. Note also there is no elevator.

They never changed our bedding for the 3 nights we stay but they did charge us for the stain we made. And we have a 9 month old baby during our stay. It’s a family room but on the top floor no elevator. If you have a visitor they only need to stay on the waiting area they can’t come up to the room.
the owner was friendly and welcoming. when we arrived we were really tired from the travels. our room was really hot by arrivaĺ, and the owner offered us to use a second room until our room was cooled down. very nice.
the room wasn't outstanding nice but enough for us since we were only in the room for sleeping.

the smell of the septic tank in the bathroom. if you keep the ventilation on it's ok. bathroom could be more clean.
no room service for the five days we stayed there.
one blanket smelled very bad.
one towel got stains when we were there and they charged us 500 php for an old towel. and i am sure you just need to wash it and it'll be fine. this was highly unnecessary.
but i was honestly expecting worse reading the reviews bevor booking.

AC is not that cold , no phone , no lift , no soap in CR , not allowed to bring food from outside.
