La chaleur de l' accueil par Hibo qui parle très bien anglais, toutes ses petites attentions, toute sa disponibilité...
Le calme de l' environnement, la propreté de la chambre, les équipements de la chambre (avoir deux tables de nuit et deux lampes de chevet est rare dans cette catégorie d' hébergement). Et mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, copieux et varié préparé avec amour par Norhan.

C est une maison perdue sur les collines à un petit quart d heure du centre de Kas. C est d ailleurs la dernière maison avant de descendre la colline vers la mer. Nous avons été chaleureusement été accueilli par le gérant qui nous a donné des bons conseils de plage . Le seul souci est que je pensais que l hôtel avait la piscine sauf que la piscine est uniquement pour la seconde maison pas celle ci. Sauf que comme il y avait personne il nous a autorisé à aller à la piscine ce que nous avons fait . Nous étions seul ce jour là alors il nous a laissé bénéficier de toute la maison , terrasse comprise. L hôtel est très très propre, le lit est grand, la Clim marche bien, il y a même un frigo. C est une très belle adresse qui mérite le détour .

Ibrahim and his wife are very lovely people. I can't recommend this place enough! Very affordable and a good location if you have a car. The view was stunning every single morning. The breakfast was the cherry on the top. I highly recommend booking a room that has breakfast included, and if not, you can always buy breakfast separately.
Maybe a tent cover inside the courtyard of the house if someone has a car with them. It can get hot. Other than that, it was beautiful and pleasant accommodation.

A little bit far out from town , you can’t walk to kas , you have to get a taxi back and forth .

Owners, Ibrahim & his wife, were awesome hosts. Ibrahim offered to get me when Google ended before the destination. He took the luggage to my room. Homemade breakfast was awesome. Albeit the place was about 15 min away from the old town, their hospitality made it worth the inconvenience.
If you have landed here I say look no further…book it!!

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We had beautiful sunsets from our room! Calm location on the hill near to the town Kas. The owners are very nice and helpful with all questions! The breakfast is amazing and every day we got some selfmade eggs and türkish dishes which were very tasty!
Unfortunately there are no blinds and the curtains are translucent, so in the morning it was very bright in the room. The hotel is very stylish but the shower and the toilet are in need of some fixing.
A very beautiful and cozy hotel. Very good location, away from the noisy streets. From our balcony we enjoyed the sunset every day.The hosts are a very nice young family who take care of the comfort of their guests with great attention to detail. The owner, Ibrahim gave us a lot of useful information about the area, what to visit, where to beach, recommended places to eat and helped us to book for our other activity in Oludeniz. The breakfast was very tasty, homemade. One day we had to leave early and they prepared sandwiches for us on the way. Every day they surprised us with different meat specialties. Everything is prepared with products produced in the area. It was a very nice stay. It was especially nice when he wrote to us a few days after we left to ask if we were having a good time.
There is no such thing. When booking a room, not a whole villa, please note that you do not have access to the pool.
