One night stopover to break the driving north from calabria
Pros:

Good location for us.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nice and quiet rural situation.
We were their only overnight guests that night so had the place to ourselves. Its a funky pool with some interesting features, just long enough for a swim too.
Inexpensive.
Would come back and visit again.

Cons:

We were 30 mins early arriving at 15.30 and there was nobody there at all so had to wait while someone came to the property to open up. When we left the following morning at 10, we were the only ones left in the whole place - the staff had left before us, so we just had to leave our room key and shut the main door of the building behind us.

Lontano dallo stress
Pros:

Struttura accogliente e ben tenuta. Pace e silenziosità la fanno da padrone. Staff cordialissimo.
Ottima anche la cena del ristorante che si trova nella tenuta. Da ritornare.

Pros:

L'accueil est fantastique ! Le repas au restaurant du soir très bon ainsi que le petit-déjeuner. La piscine avait l'air agréable mais nous n'avons pas pu en profiter car il avait plu.

Cons:

La chambre du bas est très proche du restaurant donc assez bruyante et les lits pas très confortables. Je précise qu'on nous avez proposé celle d'en haut mais on etait fatigué du voyage et on avait pas envie de monter les bagages en haut de l'escalier

Il silenzio, la piscina e il fatto che la struttura fosse stata aèerta di recente, per cui tutto nuovo e funzionante. La doccia enorme. Buono il ristorante.

Das Personal ist super nett und kann Deutsch, Englisch und Italienisch. Der Pool ist groß und sauber mit schönem Areal rundherum. Restaurant direkt im Hotel. Ruhige Lage in kleinem Dorf. Die Wohnung war neu renoviert, besonders schön war auch das neue Badezimmer.

Cons:

Klimaanlage war im Wohnzimmer und nicht on den Schlafzimmern. Die Ausstattung der Küche war spärlich, z.B. keine Gläser. Kein Tisch im Wohnzimmer.

Pros:

Struttura molto ben tenuta, camera spaziosa con letto enorme e comodissimo. Bagno enorme e doccia con varie possibilità di getto. Parcheggio ampio e chiuso di notte. Bellissima l area relax con piscina super attrezzata. Abbiamo cenato presso la struttura e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti

Accoglienza inaccettabile e gestione poco professionale
Al nostro arrivo non abbiamo ricevuto alcun tipo di accoglienza: nessun saluto, nessuna richiesta di identificazione. La prima frase pronunciata dal titolare è stata: "Siete arrivati troppo presto", con tono scontroso e senza alcun preambolo.
Ho fatto presente di aver inviato una mail in cui segnalavo l’arrivo alle ore 13:00, ricevendo anche una risposta di conferma. Solo a quel punto mi è stato chiesto il nome per verificare la prenotazione.
Abbiamo quindi chiesto chiarimenti sul funzionamento della struttura, scoprendo che l’utilizzo della piscina comportava un costo aggiuntivo in base all’orario, informazione mai indicata chiaramente in fase di prenotazione. Abbiamo provato, con educazione e disponibilità, a chiedere un minimo di flessibilità, ottenendo in risposta una reazione del tutto fuori luogo:
"Mi sento offeso, state fermi, non andate in stanza, vi restituisco i soldi così ve ne andate."
Trovo inaccettabile essere trattati con tanta scortesia dopo aver percorso quasi 300 km per raggiungere la struttura.
Abbiamo deciso di lasciare immediatamente l’alloggio e prenotare altrove.
Esperienza estremamente negativa. Struttura sconsigliata per totale mancanza di professionalità e rispetto verso il cliente.

Eravamo in viaggio per la Sicilia, la struttra è comoda da raggiungere dall'autostrada, camera spaziosa, ampio parcheggio, buon ristorante e una bella piscina.
