Comfortable
Pros:

Lovely location and comfortable bed. Nice clean bathroom.

Cons:

No curtains and a blind that was see through.
Room very dusty and cobwebs on ceiling.
Marks all over walls and skirting boards.
Under the bed very dusty.
Coffee pods had already been used and left in coffee tin.
Marks on throw on bed.

Great comms, lovely clean room, great location.
Pros:

Excellent location in Wooler, very good communications regarding door codes and supporting information, clean and cosy room.

Clean and cosy!
Pros:

We stayed in Humbleton room, which was great value for money. It is compact, but still plenty of space for 2. The bathroom is clean and modern, with a lovely hot rainfall shower. The town is quiet, so I’d recommend a car if you want to travel around. Tea and coffee provided was a nice touch and a fridge/freezer. The website was so helpful in providing extra information and check in was very easy to follow. Free car parking very close by.

Cons:

Not much we didn’t like at all. The blind in the room was only a privacy blind, so let light in. Not such a problem in winter, but could be disruptive to sleep in the summer months.

Great location, a beautiful room, would highly recommend!!
Pros:

The location was fantastic. The room was beautifully decorated, a huge bathroom and a comfy bed!!

Cons:

It was quite tricky to communicate with the people who run the hotel. It would have been a nice touch to have milk in the room and for things like the body wash to be restocked but these are just very small things which did not spoil our stay in any way!!

A perfect stay, we will definitely return.
Pros:

Lovely, comfortable room with everything we needed for a short stay. Right on the Main Street so handy for all the pubs and coffee shops. We loved our stay in wooler.

Cons:

Some noise from other rooms and the street but we expected it and used earplugs. It didn’t affect our stay.

Easy to get in and out, comfortable and clean

Cons:

I did message and ring the mobile number provided for questions or emergencies and no one ever replied or rang back. It did not effect my stay though as it was just a question

Pros:

The room was very modern, spacious and clean. The lock access was easy and communicated clearly before arrival.

Cons:

There were no bath towels upon arrival, only hand towels. I rang and messaged the host to provide two towels, when we returned we had been given one bath towel between two people. There was no body wash in the shower dispenser. The tea and coffee facilities were not great, no milk sachets and only decaf coffee. The night away was for a birthday treat and the lack of attention to detail made the stay feel disappointing.
