الفندق ممتاز ونظيف ومريح، والموقع مناسب جداً. وأكثر ما أعجبني تعامل موظفي الاستقبال، قمة في الاحترام والأخلاق والتعاون، وكان استقبالهم وخدمتهم ممتازة

الملاحظة الوحيدة كانت على خدمة النظافة، حيث يوجد تأخير واضح في الاستجابة للطلبات، وأحياناً تحتاج للمتابعة أكثر من مرة. أتمنى تحسين سرعة الخدمة والاهتمام بطلبات النزلاء بشكل أكبر، لأن الفندق بشكل عام يستحق مستوى خدمة أفضل
