After 3 prior confirmations of the booking, via Booking dot com, telephone, and SMS, on arrival after a long journey I found the staff had cancelled my booking before I arrived and then refused me, claiming it was necessary to pay in advance via local Vietnamese account, in spite of their advertised "Pay on site" and "No prepayment necessary." Tired and disappointed, I was therefore forced to find a new hotel.
