Very good facilities. Very poor staff
Pros:

Unprofessional staff with attitudes. Mostly untrained. In sinning area all groups up at corners and do gossips, discuss and smile at guests. Don’t not book this hotel if you are looking for service under the brand Park

Nice accomodation.
Pros:

Debabrata from the restaurant was a really nice and sweet person.

Cons:

Personal drivers were not allowed to sleep in the car while the car is parked in the hotel premises and worst thing , drivers are not informed about this rulw at the time of check in. At night when everything is closed, they prohibit the driver from sleeping in the car and that leaves them high and dry late in the night. The hotel security team argued and fought with him. This is an unfair practice. They also urge the drivers to book a sub standard room in the hotel but not in the car
