Loved the theme and the attention to detail. It was very clean and well maintained. The mixture of adult fun and relaxing after care. The outdoor bath and fire was the icing on the cake. Beautiful views and location.
Perfect vista, comfy bed, lots to do and see locally, and an amazing selection of things to do at home 😎😎 was a great surprise.
Pet friendly was a deal breaker and Tim the host and absolute legend.

The massive outdoor hot tub with sensational scenery amongst the gardens.
The shower is also worth mentioning - it’s rare to come across one that ticks all the boxes but this one does. Great water pressure, temperature and shower head.
The mattress. It’s not terrible but certainly not fantastic either.
The scenery was great but a few changes could be made, bit more screening from the neighbours and less disruption from noise upstairs

The space is so well equipped and cosy! Between all the awesome furniture, the bath and the lovely garden space, it's a real get away spot. You are on the lower level of the house, but it's feels very private and there is only the occasional noise of walking or water from upstairs. The kitchenette was great, the bed comfortably, and the host friendly, responsive and respectful.
There wasn't anything that was bad really. The driveway is steep, but that's not a big deal

Just a little noisy with the walking above. I’m a light sleeper though so soon as they were awake so was I
Well equipped, lots of things to try. Very comfortable bed, bath was very enjoyable. Great shower, plenty of hot water and pressure.
Property is under main residence and can hear noise from above, dare say above can hear noise from below. Smoke alarm went off upstairs at about 9.30pm while we were “occupied” and it ruined the mood.
It’s a great little studio. Genuinely.
Similar to what others have said, it’s just a bit weird that the owners are directly above you. The children playing next door makes it feel less tranquil and secluded.
The theme was excellent. There was lots of attention to detail. There was a lot of options to play with. Like it was amazingly good! This is clearly a professional set up by people who really know what they are doing. Although for newbies like us you we probably needed a bit of instruction guide on some of the options
It didn't feel as private as it could be. We could easily hear people walking around upstairs. Normally I wouldn't mind too much but for this sort of accommodation we really wanted total privacy.
The rest of the house felt very close by and the neighbours both had backyard decks overlooking the property as well so we didn't really feel comfortable using the outdoor bath. Like they had put up a bit of a screen and a hedge but we could still see into their house so we assume they could see us as well.
The apartment was really well set up for adult fun, so many extra details that enhanced our stay...
We enjoyed the lounge room furnishings including the couches & St Andrews Cross.
The toy selection was great with various whips & other bdsm/adult toys, it was fun to try some of them out. We liked there was a disinfectant bucket for after use! Romatic lighting & artwork was a nice touch. Kitchen had all the necessities for a short stay. The bed was lusciously furnished with beautiful fabrics and was comfy. We enjoyed the closet full of costumes.

Apartment was comfortable, extremely fun and overall great with good heating, furnishings & everything you need. We barely went outside during our stay but the area is really nice and main street has some good takeaway and basic food options.
I thought I must have missed something in the description as I didn't realise until after I booked that this apartment is underneath the hosts house! Unfortunately we were aware of the hosts presence throughout our stay hearing footsteps above & a toilet flushing. Just a little disconcerting given the nature of the accommodation, it felt like we were in someone elses house when i was hoping for a private bush hideaway. Unfortunately even the outdoor bath tub was unusable for us as despite a hedge, you can see through into the next door neighbours house where there were kids playing, so we didn't feel comfortable getting naked out there - a screen at the end of the house blocking the bath would be good & offer more privacy.
Other minor negs were the TV was too far from the couch to just be able to chill and watch it & there was no body wash or soap in the bath room.
The place was amazing, as a young couple going with my fiancé. We both very much lot enjoyed our stay, Tim was very accommodating - we were running behind on our check in time and he was so amazing with that! The house was extremely clean and well put together. 10/10 recommend for any couple to stay, especially ones wanting to try something new. Instructions were very clear even though we never met in person (this was our fault not the hosts!), definitely would stay again.
The set up of the whole place was more amazing than the photos.
