Extremely Unprofessional and Unsafe Experience

I had a terrible experience with this, which I had booked online in advance for a friend. The booking was confirmed, and I had clearly mentioned the check-in time as late evening.

However, when my friend (a female traveler) reached the hotel around 11 PM, the staff shockingly claimed that no room was available. Despite having a confirmed reservation, she was left standing outside at night, which was extremely unsafe and unacceptable.

After much pleading and emotional distress, the staff finally offered a room but only after demanding extra money other than booking amount. This behavior was not just unprofessional but exploitative, especially considering it involved a female guest at night.

This kind of conduct is not only unethical but also dangerous. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Such behavior from hotel staff is disgraceful and should not be tolerated.
