Wonderful hotel, nice rooms at a nice price except when Indian teens turn it into their party house
Pros:

Nice and clean room. Good bed, good ac, shared bathroom was fine most of the time. The staff is never present and has to be contacted by phone, but they are very responsive and very helpful. We booked the wrong dates accidentally, and they were able to help us at the last second. Very happy about that.

Cons:

It turns into a party hotel for Indian teenagers. Because there is zero staff on-site, they come 8 people and stay in a room for 2. They get very drunk, loud, trash the kitchen, trash the one bathroom everyone has to share. We stayed 6 nights and this situation happened twice (two different groups of Indian teens). They seem to know there is no staff at this hotel so they come do whatever they want.

Cons:

Le bruit ! Ça résonne de fou partout.
J'ai peut-être pas eu de chance mais des jeunes ont retourné la salle de bain, vomi avec les oreillers dans les douches... et ils ont fait beaucoup de bruit vers 3h du mat'
Pas de chance...
c'est assez loin du centre ville à pied, 20/25 min de marche.
