Disappointed by cleanliness and no cot when advert offered a guaranteed cot
Pros:

It was quiet apart from the elevator continuously operating all night - and location was good as we didn’t want to be in town centre. Owner discover talk to us when we complained about the missing cot and we did agree a small refund but that didn’t help much give we had a baby that needed a cot which was the main reason we chose that apartment.

Cons:

False advertising and lies. The advert said “2 baby cots always available” and had a tick box to ask for a cot which I ticked. Upon checkin no cots available and lady at desk and owner said no cots are ever available. Also advertised as 35sqm but it’s actually 28sqm. Bathroom was dirty with a lot of old dust and smelled bad.

Kape tayo sa Baguio
Pros:

The suite was clean. Vilma was very accomodating given our check in time. Nice view of Baguio from the balcony. The sheets and towels smell so good too!

Cons:

There was a funky smell to the elevator but other than that it was a great stay.

great place for shopping and dining
Pros:

Nice room, spacious, and had everything we needed. Lived up to the expectations. I walked around and even though I did not use the pool, it did look good. Noticed there was also a sauna.
We enjoyed the malls nearby. so many dining options at the attached mall!

Cons:

Check in at the counter was so much paperwork, though the owner of the room cannot do anything about that. This much paperwork is over the top, its so much that you start to wonder if you should bring legal representation to fill in the paperwork. I guess for long term renters it makes sense, but for a couple of days it does not.
I hope they can find a way to smooth the check in with the building management. Because it would be something that keeps me away.

Its not a hotel. So manage expectations.
Pros:

Location is perfect near notable tourist attractions.

Cons:

The Unit we had smells ready bad. We have to buy air freshener open the balcony doors just to get the musky and dog smell. We have pets but this one smells really bad. The next is the dust i assume collected by those furry chair tops. Price to value i say it’s ok the place looks clean. But the smell. Could’ve been the best if not for that smell. That was horrible. But it can be easily addressed.

Pros:

LOCATION- Super accesible, paglabas may jeep terminal/taxi kaagad to Baguio Plaza which kung saan mga jeep terminal sa lahat ng tourist spots.

HOST- Reachable naman si Ms. V through the app and her phone, though once lang kami nagreach out sa kaniya kasi okay naman stay namin, wala kaming naging problem.

SECURITY- I think safe naman since may own security sa building, nakakapag-iwan rin kami ng valuables sa room kapag umaalis kami, wala naman nawala kahit ano.

ROOM- Sobrang homey ng vibe, sa 5 days namin nag-stay para lang talaga kaming nasa house namin. Dito ulit kami mag-stay sa balik namin sa Baguio.

*I suggest na a month before kayo magbook since sa tapat lang 'to ng Good Sheperd/Mines view madali maoccuoy ang room.

Cons:

May onting off smell sa cr pero malinis. Yung cabinet po na pinaglalagyan ng plates, lutuan medyo off din po ang amoy. Yun lang naman po. But the rest is superb.

Pros:

- Liked the location (Suntrust 88 Gibraltar). It's near mines view. Few minutes away by car from Camp John Hay and Baguio country club
- Liked the staff, very accommodating..
- Host is very responsive and nice.
- the 2 BR Unit has nice furniture, fast internet connection, my mom liked it.

Cons:

The smell coming from the drainage pipes, specially from the CR. Good thing I read the previous comments. I brought a deodorizer and air freshener. It helped. Makes sure to open the windows for the cool air to enter and help with ventilation..
