Hotel 0 étoiles et non 4 ménage, personnel qui parle pas englais ou français ,nous n'avons pas eu ni serviette ni aucun autre équipement dans la salle de bain. Pendant notre séjour la chambre n'est pas de tout nettoyer.
La petite déjeuner pas très bien. Pas de café ou petite déjeuner, dans hotel 4 étoiles même pas les tasse café en porcelaine (en usage unique) je vous joint une photo de salle de bain vous juger par vous même

Cons:

اول ليلة كانت كابوس. الجناح كان فيه مكيف واحد في غرفة النوم. الصالون يوجد فيه سرير بدون مكيف. حدثت انقطاعات في الماء ليومين متتاليين ( في فترة الصباح حتى الظهر)

الفندق مصنف على انه 4 نجوم لكن خدماته اقل من ذلك. الإطلالة على المدينة كانت رائعة. شكراً للأستاذين ابو طارق ورضوان على محاولاتهم كسب رضا النزلاء

كان الإفطار لذيذ ومنوع وصحي موقع الفندق ممتاز في وسط المدينة وقريب من الخدمات

Cons:

‏أرى أن السعر مرتفع جدا في البوك مقارنة في المواقع الأخرى وقد تجده أقل قيمة في موقع الفندق

It was a fair experience
Pros:

I liked that the rooms were big , breakfast was good , and the staff were very responsive , fast and helpful
The bed was very big and comfortable

Everything is near malls,restaurants ,supermarkets,cafes, and more.
The room is suitable for family with kids.
The stuff was very cooperative and always good listners spacial thanks to the hotel manager Mr.Ahmd and eman.

Cons:

This is notes:
Internet needs to be better.
The reception internce need more attention.
Smart tv would be a good credit.
Curtains need to be adjusted.
Some tools need to be checked.
