This is a beautiful hotel, opposite a large park in a central location and only a 5 minute walk to the cathedral. We were surprised that such a quality hotel would be dog-friendly, but delighted that it is. The hotel has underground parking with a lift to reception, where the staff were welcoming and very helpful, giving us a tourist map and suggestions for the must-see sites. Our bedroom (401) was large, quiet and very well appointed, set around the corner of one end of the corridor, perfect for our dog, who can be reactive to unexpected noise. Although we were close to the lifts, there was no noise from them.
We couldn't take our dog into the restaurant, but were able to have tapas in the very comfortable foyer lounge.

Hotel muy céntrico y limpio, personal muy amable y estupenda cafetería dentro del hotel.
Buenas instalaciones, habitacion espaciosa y limpia y personal amable.
Se que tienen aparcamiento de pago pero si intentas aparcar de manera gratuita no hay mucha zona cerca donde hacerlo y lo poco que hay estaba lleno.
El servicio del restaurante
No me guardaron el parkin para guardar el coche solicitado con una semana de antelación, las camas fue muy incómoda, lo pedí con una sola cama grande para dos personas y nos lo dieron individual.La bañera era muy peligrosa para bañarse. No tenía champoo y bálsamo para bañarse el cabello, como en otros hoteles.
El trato del personal y las instalaciones
Poca variedad en la carta del restaurante y poco personal para los desayunos del hotel.

No funcionava internet ni el comandament de TV
L’habitació, l’esmorzar, el personal que hi treballa és agradable (sobretot la dona de la neteja d’habitacións, un 10!).
