The nicest hotel I've stayed in in Michigan.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good with hot fresh food. Super clean and the gentleman taking care of it kept everything full and clean. Got checked in right away by the friendly staff. Room was just right with comfy bed and pillows. Plenty of hot water and towels for a shower. Pool was warm and very clean also. Nice fire pit. Extremely nice stay! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all!!!

Adequate but I won't be back.
Pros:

The hotel was very adequate. I stayed over 5 days as I was visiting my elderly dad in Grand Rapids. At first, I thought this would be my "return hotel" each time I came to GR. But as the days went on, I realized various problems. Like the refrigerator did not work but I did not find out until some things I put in it had spoil. The staff seemed not to care much and told me that sometimes they are not plugged in right. Another silly problem was that many of the TV channels did not work! I saw game 3 of the world series but when I tried to tune into final game 4 - the station did not work. In general, it is a good value for the money but my experience would have been much enhanced by some simple things that you would expect at most hotels (like TV stations reliable working and a working refrigerator).

Cons:

Breakfast was ok. Some staff were very friendly but many were complacent and uninterested. Many TV stations listed on the guide did not work. My refrigerator did not work - which I did not even think to check until some food spoiled. They did clean my room each day, which was very nice.

Excellent stay and amazing price! Definitely recommend!
Pros:

Everything was clean, there were fun resources that could be used not only in the lobby, but throughout the whole hotel. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the check in and out times were awesome.

Cons:

I wish it was closer to downtown but the location was still nice and quiet and still only about a 10-15 min drive to downtown area.
