Great value, great location
Pros:

Warm welcome at reception.
Nice room with everything I needed. Great central location.

Cons:

Would have liked pillow options as the pillows were too hard for me but that’s a personal thing

Not great access for the disabled
Pros:

Location was amazing. It was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

It wasn't entirely disabled friendly. I use a mobility scooter and there is a small step at the entrance to the hotel and to the cafe. I had to get off each time to enter the hotel which was not ideal. Also there was a step to get into the shower. I had asked for an accessible room but perhaps they were all taken.
