Disappointing
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious

Cons:

Check-in time was an atrocious 4 PM, and the room still was not ready. We did not get into our room until 4:30 PM and the staff was completely unapologetic. "We're busy, so take it or leave it". We'll stay elsewhere in the future.

Pros:

The hotel was located close to the TCH so that was good.

Cons:

We asked the lady at the front desk when we checked in if the hotel restaurant would be open that evening and she assured us that it opened at 5:00PM. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told that there were 2 busloads of tourists who had reservation and we could not be seated in the restaurant but could sit in the lounge. When we got to the lounge we were told that it would take over 90 minutes to get any kind of food but the server said she'd check with the chef to see if it could be shortened. She never did get back to us. We left. Went for a crappy pizza.

Wonderful stay, sad to leave 😢
Pros:

Location, staff, food, cleanliness excellent ! The carpets need a re- do as they hold dirt & smoke smells.
That said, I will stay & recommend the hotel. Front desk, restaurant, and Susan in the bar is phenomenal!!!! Well organized & executed service. Keep these lovely folks there working. In my travels it absolutely makes or breaks the overall quality. Cheers 🥂 Lois
