Прекрасен хотел!
Pros:

Абсолютно всичко ни хареса.Много сме доволни,че приеха и кученцето ни.Персоналът е усмихнат,възпитан и отзивчив.Очаровани сме от храната.Разнообразна и много вкусна.Отново ще посетим хотела с удоволствие!

Чудесен избор!
Pros:

Изключително сме впечатлени от топлото отношение и личното внимание през целия ни престой от управителката и целия персонал. Храната беше много вкусна, обилна, разнообразна и естетично подготвена. Чистотата в ресторанта беше на много високо ниво. С удоволствие бихме посетили отново Perla Plaza.

Păcat de personal,mâncare ,piscină atâta timp cât camerele nu sunt pe măsură!
Pros:

Este un hotel cu o locație bună,la doi pași de o plajă excelentă,plaja de nord din Primorsko,o plajă foarte mare cu nisip fin și curată,cu un personal de nota 10+,curățenie făcută zilnic,schimbat prosoape zilnic,mâncare foarte bună și variată(cu carne de porc,miel,vită,pește,fructe de mare și un mic dejun foarte bun).
Tot personalul face tot posibilul ca tu să te simți bine pe toată durata sejurului dar aș evidenția în mod deosebit menegerul Gergana și barmanul de la barul de la piscină ,pe nume Ivan care mi-a returnat telefonul mobil uitat pe una dintre canapele.

Cons:

Din păcate sunt și aspecte negative,de aici și nota oarecum mică acordată.
Hotelul are nevoie urgentă de o renovare,mobilierul este foarte vechi,băile arată foarte rău,nu au cabine de duș(cel puțin așa a fost unde am fost eu cazat)practic se umple de apă vasul wc,saltele cu arcuri rupte etc.

Pros:

Управителката е изключително адекватна, спокойна и отзивчива дама. Храната е вкусна и прясна. Хотелът е близо до Северния плаж и на около 7-8 минути пеш от Южния плаж в Приморско.

Cons:

Банята и тоалетната са малки.

Pros:

Приветливо място, удобна локация. Персонала е страхотен. Млади усмихнати хора. Постоянно обгрижват гостите и се грижеха за доброто ни настроение по време на престоя ни. Като цяло всичко беше чудесно, освен това че паркинга към хотела се заплаща допълнително и базата малко е занемарена от странна ремонтни дейности. Но иначе всичко беше чудесно.
Прекарахме си чудесно.

Спокойствие и удовлетвореност!
Pros:

Когато направих резервацията имах своите притеснения, но в момента на настаняването те отпаднаха! Толкова спокойно и ненатоварващо място скоро не съм посещавала. Кухнята е толкова разнообразна, че има за всеки вкус по нещо! Персонала перфектно се справяше и с хигиената в стаята и в ресторанта! За пет дни престой два пъти ни смениха бельото, а хавлиите всеки ден след щателно почистване на стаята! Управителката ГЕРИ беше като орлица над нашата почивка! Нищо не й убягваше от погледа и контролираше перфектно хотела и ресторанта! ОООО щях да забравя - 5 мин. до плажа и 5 мин. до центъра!!! Догодина пак сме там, само че с компания!!!
