Pros:

- The design of hotel and bedrooms are excellent, specially, we booked Zen bedroom. It was serene and functional.
- Love the bathroom design and material.
- Pool area was peaceful.
- The front desk, breakfast line staffs and security guards are nice and helpful.

PS. We think the shower gel was good for our skin so we ask them the brand and they were really helpful. I found the company and made an order already. Thank again for your support 🥰

Cons:

- The breakfast line was just so so. My couple found inedible thing from eggplant in green carry but we didn't what it was
- The toilet in our bathroom was still dirty

We reported to the front desk and they did apologize

houseeeping maid 7th fl very unfriendly and room no made yo by 14.15 hour.
size of suite the same as regular rooms. no view from suite.

1000 Baths de caution🤣🤣
Pros:

Disponibilité et réactivité de la part du personnel.
Hôtel très propre.
Piscine parfaite !
Petit déjeuner au top.

Cons:

C'est vraiment ridicule de demander 1000 Baths (soit 36 Euros) de caution dès notre arrivée !!!
C'est petit....vu le cadre de cet Hôtel!!
On me l'avait jamais faite encore celle là !!!
