Un bon choix
Pros:

L'emplacement est très bien : proche du centre de Bruxelles. La chambre était très propre. Rien ne manque : frigo, machine à café et dosettes, bouilloire et sachets de thé, bouteilles d'eau, coffre, sèche cheveux... l'hôtel était très calme. Juste en face un bar restaurant propose une grande variété de petits déjeuners.

Cons:

Le matelas était très/ trop mou. J'avais l'impression de m'enfoncer dans un édredon.

My stay was comfortable and relaxing, a short 20 minute walk from the train station but felt longer with full sized lugg
Pros:

The room had a nice layout, was big and comfortable. The shower was also big and had nice water pressure. I enjoyed the pinpad entry for everything.

Cons:

The AC didn’t seem to work properly and kept the room hot at night. Had to open the window.

Pros:

I liked the size of the room, the hotel’s location, and the fact that the room had a refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee machine. I also appreciated being allowed to check in much earlier than the official 3:00 p.m. check-in time, which was a pleasant surprise.

Cons:

Water was leaking from the sink onto the floor in the bathroom. The was a small centipede on the toilet floor. The room had a damp, slightly stale smell

Pros:

Все чисто, всі прилади працюють і все є для комфорту. Локація просто шик, дуже близько до памʼяток архітектури, поряд багато кафе, ресторанів та магазинів. Все дуже сподобалось

Pros:

Good locatiom, easy access with the codes, very comfy bed

Cons:

There were some things I would deal with at a normal hotel with reception, but decided not to because of the need to contact someone remotely (nothing big, just not worth the hassle)

Pros:

Very nice hotel with self check-in but very clear instructions on how to do every step. We were upgraded for a better room with low cost. It has an AC which was so important during the heat wave in Brussels. Wish we could book it for more days.

Cons:

The only issue was that we couldn’t check in right after the room was ready as code for room door didn’t work, so we waited for an hour for the support team to activate it. It was a bit hard to reach out to support team as they didn’t respond via phone or WhatsApp.
