В здании есть стиральные машинки и место для хранения багажа
Номер был готов раньше времени

Cons:

Не самый приятный район, но практически рядом с центром
Попросила вазу для цветов на день рождение. Писала много раз и ничего не отвечали. В конце сказали, что у них её нет, но сами предлагали доставку и установку цветов в начале, так что им просто не захотелось её принести

Een reiziger van ver komt aan bij de poort en het is erg moeilijk om binnen te komen vanwege een reeks vragen. Dit is vooral lastig voor een reiziger die de taal niet spreekt en niet bekend is met de nieuwe technologie.

Es gab eine laute Baustelle im Hotel. Bei der Anreise hatten fehlten die Codes für die Zimmer. Es gab keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Die Hotline hatte eine lange Wartezeit. Mitten während des Aufenthaltes sollten wir die Zimmer wechseln, was wir letztlich nur durch ein langes Telefonat mit der Hotline abwenden konnten.

The room was well appointed and clean.

Cons:

The digital hotel approach with no staff onsite means that when things go wrong, there are significant delays. Unfortunately, there were issues with the AC, TV, coffee machine, sink drainage and cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation from other rooms. I only tried to address the AC and TV. It took a long time to get past the WhatsApp bot, and then neither were properly addressed any way. I gave up.
