Pros:

Location perfect- central but quiet. Local cafés and bars and so on all good. My first time in a staffless/keyless etc hotel, all perfectly painless.

Cons:

Get rid of WeWash, their service is not very good and it reflects on you.

La ubicación.

Cons:

Estaba sucio, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la habitación no tenía nada que ver con las fotos que aparecen publicadas, el baño es enano y se sale toda el agua de la ducha encharcando todo el suelo, la moqueta de los pasillos está llena de manchas, para acceder a la habitación tienes que subir por unas escaleras por lo que si tienes dificultades de movilidad te será muy muy difícil.

Excelente, muy recomendable!
Pros:

Está bien ubicado, cerca de una estación de tren y muy cerca de la gran place! Además el alojamiento está súper bien mantenido, son completas las habitaciones y muy agradables!
En el nivel -2 hay: locker para dejar equipaje antes de hacer check in, lavandería costo accesible y también un pequeño gym.
Súper completo todo!

Cons:

Drain was bloccked and the helpmwas AI who did nothing. Kept asking me if it had been resolved every 5 minutes which was just annoying without actually retifying the issue

Lovely . Enjoyed the room
Pros:

Well organised since no staff on site. Liked could help yourself to towels and toilet paper. Like d we were notified abit early that our room was ready as just sitting g downstairs .

Cons:

Not enough lockers if arrive early …. We needed 3 big lockers …. Couldn’t get one locker ….. need a toilet downstairs while waiting for room

Rien de positif, pas d'accueil, un service hotline en Anglais etc...

Cons:

Vous passez votre temps à a taper le code, porte d'entrée, ascenseur, porte de chambre, porte salle de gym etc.... C'est lourd. Pas d'infos sur le parking extérieur. la salle de Gym n'est pas opérationnelle (vélo et tapis de course). pas de déjeuner sur place. Impossible de se connecter sur l'application. Bref a fuir à moins que vous ne soyez un geek passionné de la réception de messages automatiques informel généra par IA. Concept a abandonner.

Good location and room but needs care and attention from manegement to fix the issues.
Pros:

Seemed quite new and interesting. Decor and furniture was good.

Cons:

No staff, flooding shower, stained toilet bowl and bare wires connecting to the kettle and coffee maker. The app was good when it worked to open doors etc but it only worked sometimes.
