Excellent hotel in a central location
Pros:

The location- it was only about 5-7 minutes walk from the Grand Place. It was also only a 10 minute walk from Brussels Midi railway station. The decor was lovely. I was lucky to get an upgrade to a suite with a separate living room, so it was very spacious.
Very good air conditioning which was great as we were in Brussels in the middle of a heatwave.

Cons:

The limited breakfast options, although it was handy to have the breakfast box delivered to the door each morning.

Pros:

Good room, clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was expensive for a box dropped outside the door. It was decent but butter was missing 2/3 days and you have to take the random contents they give you.

Otele ve odaya erişim çok kolay. Odamız gayet temiz ve rahattı. Ütü ve ütü masası olması harika.
Konum olarak merkeze ve metroya yürüme mesafesinde. Güvenlik konusunda endişeniz olmasın.

这是我经历过最差的酒店体验，必须写出来警示大家。
1. 深夜受冻与繁琐流程： 我们抵达时已近深夜，由于无法进入单元大门，在寒冷的室外挨冻。致电门口电话无人接听，最后发现必须自行在酒店网站上注册并操作才能获取密码。在冬夜的寒风里，我们花了一个多小时研究并完成注册，过程极其痛苦。这还没完，为了获取入住信息，我还被迫注册了WhatsApp。这整个“入门”过程浪费了我们一个多小时，导致我们精疲力尽。
2. 睡眠被严重剥夺：
* 无故被扰： 刚以为能补觉，早上8点多就被工作人员敲门吵醒，他们送来婴儿床询问是否需要安装。我们从未提出过此要求！清洁人员更不应在清晨8点这个时间点打扰住客。
* 二次惊扰： 被吵醒后，我花了一个多小时才重新入睡。结果在上午10点多，再次被一阵急促的敲门声惊醒。我询问后，门外一男子连说“sorry”便离开，估计是敲错门。在已经脆弱的睡眠状态下，这简直是折磨。
3. 客服没回应，面对如此多且严重的问题，我向酒店客服反映，在他们了解事实以后，没有道歉，也没有给我一个说法。

struttura completamente automatizzata si entra e si gestisce la stanza con il codice che viene fornito il giorno della partenza.
Stanza spaziosa e confortevole, acqua a disposizione gratuitamente così come il caffè espresso con nespresso.

Pros:

Secure and close to the town. Very responsive when I had issues. The beddi g was phenomenonal! Super comfortable and I could have stayed in bed all day. Washing and drying machines were easy to use and not a bad price.

Cons:

When I arrived they had issues with the elevator so I had to carry all my luggage up the stairs. When I got to the room the pin pad was not working and didn't work until the following day. Not many tv stations but that was ok. Breakfast options were not great, definitely could have been better options. The shower pressure was not good and needed to be fixed. There was also a smell coming out of the shower room so I had to keep the door shut. No outlets except for in the shower room.
