I like the very friendly and helpful staff as well as the cleanliness of the room.
Pros:

I liked the view from the balcony.

Cons:

It's quite dangerous to cross any road if you are not used to it as a tourist. I was hit by a motorcycle while crossing the road outside the hotel.

Recommended hotel in Phnom Phen
Pros:

Spacious and clean room with balcony by the river. Friendly and helpful staff, good value for money.

Location is very central with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around. Main attractions within 10-15min walking distance

My second stay here was not as pleasant. Found two baby cockroaches when I first checked into my room, as well as a cons

Buen precio y céntrico
Pros:

El personal es muy amable y al estar en un sitio céntrico prácticamente puedes desplazarte andando por la parte antigua de la ciudad

Cons:

El agua caliente no funcionaba en mi habitación. No me preocupa en exceso al ser un país tropical. El aíre acondicionado estaba a 26 grados y apenas enfriaba pero de estaba bien. Creo que deberían revisar esos puntos porque el hotel está muy bien por todo lo demás.

Great hotel with amazing views, a perfect location, and friendly staff

I had a great stay at this hotel. The view is absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of my stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff. The location is excellent, with Walking Street just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the nightlife, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location. The staff at the reception were very friendly and had a great sense of humor. They always made me smile.

Nothing. Everything was great. Nothing to complain about.

Amazing location with a beautiful view from the room.
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect. It is conveniently situated close to many attractions and amenities. The customer service is available 24/7. The staff respond quickly and are always helpful. They made my stay even more enjoyable.
