The room was very clean, the projector was great and the beds were comfy. All of the staff were fantastic. Very friendly, smiley and welcoming. The hotel location was perfect for us, close to Wat Phnom. I would definitely stay again and actually did book an extra night.

Online this establishment is listed as " hotel " however it is an apartment block with reception in a mini mart , saw some savoury characters going in and out of this building... upon arriving on the 20th may 2026 i was immediately left with a sour taste in my mouth due to the two male staff , not only did they not come and welcome me they also did not help with my luggage , no one greets.. which is odd because in my country we are super friendly and will greet strangers on our jogs , hikes etc... unfortunately that was my first impression on my first night in Cambodia.. there is also a massive cockroach problem in the rooms , the bed is too small for the room.. the list goes on , in conclusion will not reccommend

This is hands down the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life!
The moment we walked in, the room smelled incredibly bad. To make things a million times worse, the air conditioning WAS NOT WORKING at all. We were sweating so much at night it felt like we were taking a shower in our sleep.
When we complained, the service was completely useless. They refused to fix the problem, and when we begged for a room change, they lied straight to our faces saying they had "no rooms available" when we knew they did! They wouldn’t even provide a simple fan to help us breathe.
Absolute nightmare of a place with zero customer service. Do yourself a favor and STAY ANYWHERE ELSE! ❌❌❌
