Location and size of the room. Great water pressure and hot water.

Cons:

Refrigerator not level and wouldn't keep items cold. GFI outlet broken, coffee pot cord wouldn't reach an outlet. Had to put it on end table. No place to sit (one chair). No ice or laundry on facility.

Was ok, could’ve been better.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

They got rid of the tub in the king room, and the hot tub outside was out of order as well. Floor also felt damp.

Was fine for the price but probably would not book again

Location great. Room was very clean, house keeping staff fantastic and extremely helpful!

Cons:

First room wasn’t what we booked, hot tub broken so not able to use. Office was minimally staffed so hard to find help there. Shower was weird but staff helpful in adjusting.

Love this hotel and can't wait to go back.
Pros:

We try to stay at this hotel every time we go to SPI... the staff are very friendly and rates are reasonable... we'll stay there any chance we can.

Cons:

There is a little remodeling going on but still enjoyed our stay.

Great..amazing..comfy.. and affordable

The room was the cheapest I can find at SPI..check in time online said 4pm..I call and reception said no..that I can go in as early as 11am.. the washer and dryer worked great..and for 1.50.. usual hotels are 3.00 and takes 2 dryers to dry..here with 1 was more than enough..bedsheets and pillows smelled clean..desinfected.. extra towels..rooms super clean.. spacy..comfy..tv was huge.. nice pool clean.. beds clean and comfy..I will definitely go back.. I arrived to SPI online pics shows hotel color pink..but it has been renovated..and it's super nice.. I am a mom..and am always extra careful..this exceeded my expectations..oh and 7 min away walking from an beach access point
