Pros:

I enjoyed everything from the management to the staff to everything it was very professional very clean very very very welcoming it's a great place to stay

Nice and short vacation...
Pros:

Location was excellent. Places for breakfast around inside a walking distance. The place is located in the main avenue, but still it is quiet enough at night.

Cons:

Just a little detail: Could be great if the window can have curtains to cover the light. The venetian blinds are not enough to do the job.

Pros:

Very nice room and didn't look old or rusty used.. AC worked perfect and that's a must!

Cons:

Minor detail was two AC outlets above each other didn't work to charge phones. All others did so no big deal.

No me pude estacionar en frente de la habitación porque está muy inclinado el piso y el auto roza en el frente.

Flamingo is the gem of SPI
Pros:

Very easy to find and navigate facilities. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The rooms were clean and roomy. The staff was amazing! Everyone I encountered was so helpful and kind. The owner made himself available via text and communication was excellent. He made us feel like VIPs! With Whataburger right across the street I would add an extra start if I could! Can’t wait to come back!

Cons:

I’m a native to the RGV, I was a little annoyed by the neighbors. The upper class individuals from across the border with a different idea of crowd etiquette to out it nicely.

Okay even tho all those things I bad which hopefully they resolve, I would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness.

Cons:

I have a toddler and he can open doors and my room didn’t have a top lock so we went to the front desk but apparently they closed at 11, so we have to sleep with a chair on the door with the fear our toddler wouldn’t get out in the middle of the night. Also it smelled a lot of moldy in the restroom. A/c started to act at night but thanks god it worked in the middle of the night.

Charming Boutique Hotel in South Padre Island available for your family and friends.
Pros:

The customer service was outstanding. The rooms are very modern and clean. Largest TV I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. The bathrooms area is also very modern with beautiful designs.

Cons:

Everything was perfect even the gelato.

Pros:

The place is being renovated which had plus and minus, plus because it will be lovely when done and the AC was cold, the people at the front desk were very nice and tried their best to make us comfortable. The window had blinds which were cute but let in a lot of light. Should not be rented like that or give a huge cut on the price. We did not leave because we could not get refunded. So we had to tough it out. Take a look at the room you are getting before paying. The pool area was empty which was great and the water of the pool was transparent which is wonderful. Warm pool and cold jacuzzi but clean.

Cons:

the place was beautiful but it was not done. we were missing things that we usually do not think about night stands, tables, chairs, trash cans and furniture with drawers. The down side is we were missing ridiculous basic things like a table, and there was nowhere to put away your folded your clothing except for a few hangers in a corner but no closets no drawers. The internet was spotty as hell. The TV was smart but not set up well. Not finished. The door would get stuck and the security was just a little chain on the door. The information was misleading in the questions such as the king rooms had jacuzzi but those were the previous owners. It WAS the flamingo but no longer the case. Beware that some of rooms do not have a full renovation and they are renting them out, that is not right. Make sure to read carefully what is being offered. No breakfast but then there are no mini fridges or microwaves...
