Love this hotel and can't wait to go back.
Pros:

We try to stay at this hotel every time we go to SPI... the staff are very friendly and rates are reasonable... we'll stay there any chance we can.

Cons:

There is a little remodeling going on but still enjoyed our stay.

The room was the cheapest I can find at SPI..check in time online said 4pm..I call and reception said no..that I can go in as early as 11am.. the washer and dryer worked great..and for 1.50.. usual hotels are 3.00 and takes 2 dryers to dry..here with 1 was more than enough..bedsheets and pillows smelled clean..desinfected.. extra towels..rooms super clean.. spacy..comfy..tv was huge.. nice pool clean.. beds clean and comfy..I will definitely go back.. I arrived to SPI online pics shows hotel color pink..but it has been renovated..and it's super nice.. I am a mom..and am always extra careful..this exceeded my expectations..oh and 7 min away walking from an beach access point

Very clean..room other renters were noisy & drinking left trash 🗑 all over the place and left the pool a mess due to no trash cans in site ...overall great room..it's other renters thar messed it up..with trash, kids running around while adukts drinking in parking and outside room other than that great location very clean.

good experience room did what it was suppose to do.
Pros:

location was good plenty of shops and restaurants close by. do not know if breakfast was offered, main lobby was under construction.

Cons:

attention to detail. water spout from bathtub was loose. cabinet for microwave and clothes was damaged.
