Okayish stay, but Good for Location
Pros:

The location is very good. It is just 2 mins walk to the Titos lane, and a 5 to 10 mins walk to Baga beach. There are multiple options for food, shopping just a minute away.

Cons:

No Mobile signal inside rooms, but wifi works well. The rooms are just okayish. No ventilation in some rooms. Dark and no air circulation. The rooms are also maintained just average. Washroom is a bit on lower side.

Location is excellent.

There is someone at reception throughout the day/night.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Make sure you book the AC room.

Cons:

Property would benefit from some TLC.

Bathroom wasn’t great. No shower, just a bucket.

No lift so if you have joint problems then the stairs can be difficult.

The location was really amazing near too the clubs,beach...the room & washroom were clean. The staff was very comparative. They also guided us for other tours and activities and the best part was there was no issue of parking
