Modernes Hotel mitten in Elzach
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig, direkt im Zentrum von Elzach. Es ist sehr gepflegt und modern und in den Zimmern ist viel Holz verarbeitet. Das Badezimmer ist großzügig geschnitten mit einer begehbaren Dusche. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine kleine Flasche Wasser. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, jedoch nicht außergewöhnlich. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Zimmer und Badezimmer sind nur durch eine Glaswand getrennt. Was grundsätzlich schön aussieht, aber auf der Toilette habe ich doch gerne meine Privatsphäre und möchte auch nicht von meinem Partner beobachtet werden. Außerdem konnte der Vorhang auf die Nachbarhäuser nicht komplett geschlossen werden, so dass von außen eine Einsicht ins Bad und in die Dusche war. Habe ich erst am Morgen gemerkt, hat mich dann aber extrem gestört. beim Nachbargrundstück ist derzeit eine Metzgerei untergebracht, wo am Morgen schon um 6:00 Uhr die Lastwagen kamen und Lärm gemacht haben.

Alles gut, bis zum nächsten Mal
Pros:

Hotel sehr modern und sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen, Frühstück war alles da was Mann morgens braucht,
alles in allem meega o.k.
Ladestation für E-Auto direkt am Haus, wurde von mir sehr gerne genutzt.

Essen anbieten bei Ankunft ,Bockwürste oder was kleines wenn Gäste ankommen ,da alle lokale nachmittags zuhaben .Das würden Gäste sehr schätzen ,oder Gulasch Suppe .eine Snack Karte

Außergewöhnlich Gastfreundlich
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal,
da wir (ich und weitere Kollegen) schon zur regulären Frühstückszeit in einer Fortbildung sein mussten, hatten wir angefragt, ob wir etwas früher ein kleines Frühstück bekommen könnten.
Das Personal war so freundlich, schon das gesamte Buffet eher herzurichten.
So eine Gastfreundlichkeit bekommt man lange nicht überall.
Es sei erwähnt, dass die junge Dame ihren Dienst für uns extra eher begonnen hat.

Pros:

Penthouse Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick auf die Winterlandschaft 🤩. Ruhig, modernes Bad/Dusche, warm und sehr sauber. Schönes Bett, Schrank etc.
Frühstück mit guter Auswahl, Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Ich hatte eine schöne Auszeit. Merci!

Cons:

Für eine 10 wäre noch eine kleine Nespresso Kaffee Maschine und ein Wasserkocher aufs Zimmer wünschenswert. Das wäre noch das Tüpfelchen aufs i. 😊
