Simply unbeatable stay at a great price.
Pros:

I recently completed a 12-night stay at the Dao Ngoc Hotel Da Nang, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the facilities to the overall comfort, everything was perfect, but what truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible hospitality.

The staff—specifically Ms. Vy, Ms. Thùy, and Mr. Lầu—went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They were attentive, kind, and professional throughout my entire visit.

I was especially grateful for their help during a stressful emergency when I lost my bag at a local restaurant. They didn't hesitate to step in and assist me, providing the kind of support you rarely find. It is rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their guests' well-being like they do.
If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay in Da Nang with a team that treats you like family, this is it.

Pros:

Venivamo da un altra esperienza di albergo in Da Nang, in cui avevamo subito un furto di una borsa firmata in camera.
Eravamo un pò scettici quando abbiamo scelto questo, visto il prezzo economico.
Ma siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi. Ottima posizione, camera piccola ma giusta per il prezzo, personale super disponibile, colazione ottima.

Nur die Nähe zum Strand

Ich hatte das Hotel wegen der vielen guten Bewertungen gebucht, aber ich war leider sehr enttäuscht. Beim Einchecken gab man mir ein Zimmer direkt zur Strasse obwohl ich um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten hatte. Dort fuhren im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes die Dauer hupenden Autos und Mopeds durchs Zimmer. Zudem roch es nicht nur im gesamten Hotel ondern auch im Zimmer sehr muffig. Man gab mir daraufhin ein Zimmer zur Seite, aber auch hier roch es grausam und das Hupen der Fahrzeuge war wenn auch ein wenig gedämpfter auch hier zu hören.Andere Zimmer gab es nicht. Ausruhen nachmittags war trotz Oropax nicht möglich und abends gab es dann Beschallung mit Live Musik aus der Nähe. Für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf ein NoGo. Dann gab es ab 7 Uhr Frühstück. Ich war um Punkt 7 dort und war froh noch einen Platz zu finden da bereits Horden von Asiaten dort laut ihr Frühstück zu sich nahmen. Es hat denen augenscheinlich auch geschmeckt, aber nichts für uns " Westler". Das war mit Abstand das grausigste Frühstück meines Lebens.
Am 2 Tag war es genauso und ich war froh auschecken zu können. Leider musste ich feststellen daß meine kompletten Sachen mittlerweile genauso rochen wie das Zimmer. Aber Gottseidank gibt es ja Wäschereien die Abhilfe geschaffen haben.
Dieses Hotel kann ich in keinster Weise empfehlen bis auf die Nähe zum Beach und dem netten Personal

Great pet friendly hotel close to the beach, restaurants, and cafes!
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and in a great location! Its 2 blocks to the beach and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars to walk to. The staff is exceptionally kind and accommodating!

Nice staff, unfair policies
Pros:

The staff were nice and the room was ok

Cons:

I was charged an extra 150k per night to have my dog with me. Although this isn’t a huge amount, had this been a one time cleaning fee, it would be ok but charging me daily made the experience feel like extortion rather than a cleaning fee. Also the lobby and elevator smelled like poo.

I’m leaving a 6/10 review because it would be wise if management considered the long term over short term. Had there been no charge, or one time charge for the dog, I would stayed longer, spent more and left a good review.
