Eleven Hotel Bangkok is one of the best hotels in Sukhumvit 11, with an excellent location, friendly staff, and very good service throughout the stay.
As a returning guest who has stayed here several times, I was slightly disappointed with the check-in experience on this visit. Early check-in was not available, and I was asked to wait until 12:00 PM. During my previous stay, a chargeable early check-in option was offered, so I was expecting at least a similar option this time, but it was not offered. A more welcoming and consistent approach for repeat guests would be appreciated.
Other than that, everything else was excellent, and I had a very pleasant stay.

Tolle Lage,nur 4 Gehminuten von der BTS Station Nana entfernt. Schöne Dachterrasse mit Pool und Frühstücksbereich. Zimmer zweckmäßig und sauber. Personal freundlich.

Bra utbud av frukost. Fint poolområde. Centralt och nära skytrain

Cons:

Fuktigt mögelluktande rum (heltäckningsmattor). Rummen slitna och lever ej upp till 4 stjärnigt hotell.

Bonne situation pour visiter Bangkok.
Pros:

hôtel bien situé en plein cœur du centre ville proche du station métro BTS. Quartier très animé.
Notre chambre était située à l’étage supérieur et ne donnant pas sur la rue donc pas de bruits.

What a great experience..this hotel was very clean,beautiful and the rooms and service was awesome.
Pros:

Great staff they were excellent in all ways...the accommodations were great and the hotel will be me first pick whenever I come back.
