Pros:

Very modern, good plugs and sockets for multinational guests, the only two down side to this stay for me was 1. The showers were very sensitive, really hard to get the water to a good temp. It was just way too hot most of the time and a slight touch would make it really cold. 2. Food from the top floor dining area took too long to prepare food and drinks but apart from that I would 100% rebook here when coming back

Booked for a 2pm check-in and arrived to find the hotel had no power due to planned electrical works. Nobody had warned incoming guests this was happening. We were sent away and told to come back in an hour and it would be sorted. We returned two hours later and the power was still out. By that point it had been off for around six hours. Ended up checking in closer to 4:30pm.

The lobby was full of guests standing with their luggage in the heat, unable to check in. The front desk staff did what they could. Management, less so. I watched the manager shout at a guest who was understandably upset.

The problems did not stop at check-in. Despite the no smoking policy, our room repeatedly smelled of marijuana and chemicals. Staff came up, were surprised by the smell themselves, and sprayed deodoriser. That was the extent of it, and the smell returned throughout our stay.

There is also an active construction site next door, so expect noise during the day.

A power outage can happen to anyone. Not warning guests, giving them a timeframe that was nowhere near accurate, and shouting at them when they complain is a choice.

Magnífico
Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado, a simpatia dos funcionários fez toda a diferença.
Já viajei o mundo todo, foi o hotel que olhei quando minha secretária fez a reserva e disse, meu meus será que é bom? Os hotéis americanos são todos 5 estrelas, o hotel surpreendeu-me, tem 4 estrelas, mas o atendimento é de 5.

Em 2028 voltarei a Bangkok e ficarei no mesmo hotel.

Cons:

A rua que dá acesso ao hotel, só passa um carro, mas tem sempre funcionários do hotel para controlar.

Cons:

Bit unfortunate that we had some loud base music most nights until 4am. Bit unlucky because last time we stayed in the same room area we had no noise. One small thing though.

Top Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, großes Deluxe Zimmer und sauber mit heißer Dusche

Cons:

Das Zimmer war direkt zur Straße hin und leider waren die Fenster nicht so gut schallisoliert. Trotzdem war schlafen erholsam möglich
